We take complaints of this nature very seriously, as we do our best to respect the requests of current and prospective clientsOn April 1st at 1:pm, we received a request for a quote from an [redacted] when in the neighborhood with our marketing teamShe provided us with a phone number to contact regarding a quote, and initialed our waiver authorizing a Weed Man customer representative to call the phone number provided for future lawn care promotionsWe have simply been reaching out to follow up regarding the quote requested on April 1st, and apologize for any inconvenience or confusionWe have removed the phone number(s) associated with this address from our systems

[redacted] continues to claim that they never checked off on the waiver for us to contact them - we have investigated this internally and do see that a waiver was checked for their addressObviously an error was made, but we have been unable to determine where this occurredWe want [redacted] to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure this doesn't happen again (to her or anyone else)The only way we contact a potential client is by their request or someone referring them to us, as we would need their name, address, phone number, and interest in lawn care to complete the quoteWe do not cold call for this reasonWhether it was a neighbor / friend / family / referral who supplied their information, a mistake on part of our outreach representative going door-to-door, or a combination of the aforementioned possibilities, we are very sorry for the stress and trouble this has caused ***We hope this bring some clarity to the situation and helps put this to restWe never have the intention of reaching out to any person who does not want to be contacted; we are simply human and human errors can occur from time to time.Thank you, and let me know if you have any questions

MY FAMILY WAS NOT IN THE COUNTRY ON APRIL 17, 2017!!!!! There is no way my husband, [redacted] , would have made any such request, nor even been around to make a request, for a quoteWe were in Mexico on April 17, We were on vacation between April - April with house sitters at our residence that entire timeThis company has no factual basis for stating my husband requested a quote on that date, when we were out of the country.Because of this, I would like to know how they received our information to hound us for several months? In fact, they were calling us BEFORE April 17, but at our home numberWe repeatedly told them to stop calling that number, which they finally did, and then starting calling my personal cell phone numberMy husband would also never provide MY cell number for services HE supposedly requested - again, which he NEVER did Regards, [redacted]
