This was also disputed on with the purchasers credit card and the credit card company agreed that there was no cancellation therefore they ruled in the favor of our company.

paid on a commission sale that is based on buyers credit. We offer a salary base guarantee as well as commissions.
In this particular case the kid only worked a day or two. In order to get the guarantee salary one is allowed 30 days and must do 60 demos. commissions are paid weekly. and the Independent dealer did receive his correct commission.
We were unable to return the merchandise after this much time has passed. Each consumer is allotted a three day cancellation. We extended this further than normal and could not get our Kirby returned. We even attempted to pick it up from the home.

This response is a complete lie. I called [redacted] after my son told me [redacted] said for me to call him so we could return the vacuum. When I called [redacted] he told me that he was trying to get the demo vacuums back and that the one my son sold us was ours and we were stuck with it and then he hung up on me. My son also worked there more than a few days and actually keep a record of the hours he work and if need be we will supply this. Again as stated before this business uses teenagers to sell their vacuums with little or no pay and to family members as this also happened to my son's friend who's mom bought a vacuum also under the same scam. [redacted] never handle this or gave us a chance to return the vacuum and we actually brought it down one Saturday (due to [redacted] voicemail to my son) to return but they had there lights on but door locked. This business is a complete scam. If handling this is saying we are stuck with the vacuum and hanging up then I would like to know what is.

This business never offered cancellation and when I called to ask for the cacellation and to bring the vacuum back [redacted] told me it is your vacuum and then hung up on me. I have witnesses to all of this and [redacted] offered zero customer service and was rude as soon as he scammed us by using our son to sell us the vacuum. We will have to pursue this further.
