We apologize for this negative experience that Ms. [redacted] had with our company. We want to reassure her that all of our products we have in stock are all brand new from the manufacturing company. We take pride in our ability to offer these...

new and never been used products to the public at such a low cost. As far as the Tea Kettle that Ms. [redacted] ordered, this was a brand new product that was sent directly to her by manufacturing company. We have notified this Vendor that we work closely with regarding the poor condition the item was in when the customer received it. We also made sure they were aware that this has caused a negative experience with one of our consumer because it did not meet the expectations. We've refunded Ms. [redacted] in full and apologized to her for this negative experience with our company. Thank you !
