I’m very disappointed in this shop my husband took a $10,dump trailer here to get repaired on Friday May of and they told him they needed to take something’s apart from the trailer to see what type of parts it needed and they wouldn’t have it ready by that same day, they told him it would probably be ready on Tuesday May of 2018, well my husband gets a call from them that morning if he had went to get his trailer and my husbands like no why would I do that if you guys haven’t called me that it’s readySo they called the cops filed a report and then we ask them so it was under your care you advised that we needed to leave it there so you guys could work on it, it’s was In your possession you should take responsibility anyways they said they aren’t responsable and basically shut the door on usI just feel if it was under there care and they told my husband he needed to leave it there to get worked on they should take care of there customers! Oh and let me add while I went to speak to them they are like yes we had one also stolen a year ago, and they have no type of surveillance on their premises , so I went to ask around the other places to see if anyone had cameras or something and in one place they actually told me that they had one stolen like months ago there as well, it’s just kind fishy to me that they have had theft there and no surveillance there you would think after the first incident they had would have some surveillance and how easy it is to wash your hands and say we are not responsable for this
