Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have the car it was picked up Aug at 3-4am , id# is [redacted] , by the Evans Police Dept and I have been to the lot and tried to get the stuff out and they refused, they are just playing ignorant so it will go away all I want is the items from the car, that they had no right to take, then it will go away Regards, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] was parked in a parking garage for the apartment complex called The Contiuum Our signs are legally posted at the enterance to the parking garage Whomever she was visiting should have made her aware that visitor parking for this complex is located on the sixth floor Only Unfortunately we do not make the rules for this complex, we only enforce them She was clearly not in the office being shown an Apartment at11:17pm, so she would not be allowed to park in Future Resident spaces Again all of these things are told to the residents when they move in

*** *** , Colorado law says they cant keep items from the car unless physically attached but I can see whos side the Revdex.com is on so I have no choice as to let it go cause I cant afford their fees they are getting the car and will be more then reimbursed for their costs the little guys loose again

With the information you provided we were able to identify the correct file for your vehicle. It appears that the vehicle was towed on August 22, 2017 at 02:30 am and the driver was arrested by the Evans Police Department. The vehicle was then towed to our secured impound lot and held for release.Due to the circumstances of the impound this is considered a non-consensual tow, therefore, the Public Utilities Commission regulates the charges associated with the tow of the vehicle. All tow carriers are bound by the guidelines set forth by the Public Utilities Commission regarding applicable tow charges. The fees set forth by the Public Utilities Commission for the vehicle are $205 per hour (you were charged 1 hour) and Evans Police Department charges a $26 fee for each vehicle impounded as an administrative fee.  The final charge is storage which accrues at $30 per day for secure storage of the vehicle. Again, all of the fore mentioned fees are set by the State of Colorado not by the tow company.Per Public Utilities Commission the procedures for release of the vehicle and property require that the tow bill and storage be paid in full per Public Utilities Commission Section 6512.  The Public Utilities Commission does not require release of any personal property other than what is set forth in that section (ie: prescription medication, medical equipment or devices, or child restraints). Within Section 6512 of the Public Utilities Commission regulations a purse does not fall under the description of items required for release without payment. Therefore, we were not required to release your purse, our employees did so as a courtesy to you. You were escorted to your vehicle because our facility is a federal, state, county and municipal secured impound lot. Numerous vehicles are held pending investigation by law enforcement.  All non-employees are escorted in and out of our impound yard for security reasons. Superior Towing arrived ASAP when my car was the "hit" part of a hit and run, and went above and beyond in taking care of my car (and me -- making sure that I was safe) both immediately and with great care. The driver (whose name, I believe, was [redacted]) was friendly, compassionate, and reassuring, and helped very much in alleviating the nervousness resulting from what had happened to my car. From the moment Superior Towing arrived, they made a fantastic impression and while I hope (of course) that my car won't need towing service in the future, made me a fan for life -- they'll definitely be who I'll call. Much like the previous reviewer, I can't recommend Superior Towing highly enough. (Should anyone from Superior Towing happen to read this -- thank you so, so much!)
