I am writing a review to let you guys know about the amazing experience I have had with AUTOWAY Nissan of Brandon I have been doing business with them for years, having purchased two cars thereBefore buying my Acura with them I never in my life thought about owning a Nissan, as they weren't what I preferred, but they eventually won me over
Hamzah Mis one of the nicest gentlemen you will ever meetHe trys his best to help in every way he can and he's 100% honest with you no matter how bad/good the situation is
If you're like me, when you get your car worked on you want to be able to trust the people you are dealing with and that is exactly why I continue coming here
Last week I purchased a brand new Nissan AltimaI had spoke with Bradley Fabout a month before I went inI knew what kind of situation I was in already with my Acura and he confirmed what I already knewHe wasn't pushy and was completely honest so I came back when I was ready and he and the manager worked their Magic to get me the deal I wantedI told them the price I wanted to pay and how much I was able to put downAlthough it took a little bit of work, they didn't let me down and that is why I will continue to shop at Auto Nation Nissan of Brandon It always comes down to the amazing customer service I receive!

I recently took my car to this dealership to have my check engine light checked and my tire pressure checked. It took the service advisor, Brandon Garcia, over three hours to call me and update me on my car. When he finally did call me he told me the lights on my dashboard that have been going on for over three weeks were not on and that he had noticed that my brakes were jerking. He proceeds to tell me that it will cost over three hundred dollars to fix and it will take a couple of days to get the parts in. I told him I could not wait that long and would just come to pick up my car that day. After hanging up he calls me back and tells me that the tire pressure lights were on and that I had broken them, he also told me the part to fix my car could be in and fixed the next day. The next day comes and I never receive a call from Brandon, I had to call the dealership to find out he was not in and that my car would not be fix for a few days. I have dealt with other service advisors here and have never had problems with them. Brandon Garcia is the only service advisor I have had to deal with where it seems as if a scam is being played and that nothing can get done. I will make sure to never return to this dealership as long as he is my advisor
