Superior Walls of America LTD

Review: My house was built in 2001 and has a Superior Walls basement system. On the walls, it clearly states that the walls have a 15 year warranty. It also gives a toll free number in case of probelems [redacted]). Note that Superior Walls also displays a 15 year warranty online. I have had multiple problems with water in my basement since I moved into this home last year. The [redacted] number does not work. After multiple attempts over the course of 2012-2013 (up to and including today), the only answers I have received are from a Superior Walls "franchisee" who is adamant that they are not liable for any issues as a franchisee, and that I need to get hold of 'corporate'. I am aware that my basement walls were manufactured by a franchisee in [redacted] that has since gone out of business. I havemade multiple attempts to reach the Superior Walls 'corporate' office in 2012 and this year to no avail. I have yet to receive even 1 return phone call. I guess their stance is that they are not liable and the 15 year warranty is meaningless. I NEED HELP. This could potentially cost me tens of thousands of dollars to repair based on their false advertising.Desired Settlement: I want my water problems fixed permanently.
