This issue has been resolved, the bill was a clerical error on our partWe have called the customer to let them know that and also apologized for the mistake on our end

I am rejecting this response because: Yes they did come to my home and run diagnostics that checked out OK. The issue is not so much as the functionality of the systemIt works. I was told that " if it were my home I would of added more vents,
another return and a larger unit" Well when working with the salesman, no mention of the limits of this system was made. The focus was on the need of a new furnaceso $10,000+ later, the home can not cool below 74F and runs all day hours at times just to keep the home coolI was not sold the system that cool my home. I'm not trying to turn my home into a freezer, I would like to have the ability to get 70-72F Yes the system that was installed, works, it just is not what I wanted it to do, and by the admission of the service manager, " if it were my home, I would of added more vents and returns and a larger unit." Is this not part of the sales, research and proposal process? To find out the expectation and desire of the customer? It seems I was sold a one size fist most and, I was the one it didn't fit.

We issued a check to the customer on May 22, I expressed my apologies that it was such a frustrating thing to get handled when it should have been very simpleThe customer has my information and can deal with me directly moving forward Todd ***VP of OperationsSuperior Water and Air

Superior did mistakenly charge the customer payment after the service agreement was cancelledAs soon as we became aware of this, we credited the money back to the customerAll info has been cancelled out of our system so there is no chance of it happening againThis was an honest mistake, but
I am still very sorry that it happened

I wanted to respond to this complaint that I made, which has been closed without my further input. I wanted to say that after Superior Water and Air received the complaint, they immediately addressed the issue with the drywall and the garbage disposal.A service worker came to our house this morning and repaired the drywall, which we were expecting, but he also replaced the garbage disposal, which we were not expecting. It was a nice surprise. I am glad the company took our complaint seriously and did their best to respond to it.So, if you wouldn't mind, please amend the complaint to show that we are satisfied with the company's response to our Revdex.com complaint. I show that we did mail a check for $110 on 9/8/2017 but it has never been cashed. We will stop payment on that one and issue a new check that will go out in the mail today.As I stated on the phone, I %100 back my technicians diagnosis, and in fact, he then had his supervisor go to the home to...

confirm his findings of a CO2 leak. He did bypass the step of getting an authorization signature from Mr Booth before doing the work and because of that I am willing to refund the service fee. Thanks again for your help, please let me know if you need anything else from me.

We did owe Mr [redacted] some money back for the water heater he purchased. I show that we sent that check several months ago. My accounts payable person is gone for the day, so I cant say at this moment if the check has been cashed. I am going to reach out to the customer today and will get with my...

AP person 1st thing tomorrow to find out about the check. If for some reason the customer did not receive it, I will personally deliver it tomorrow. I will report back to you as soon as I have some more info. Thanks again for all your help, you have always been great to work with.

We received a call from [redacted] about water damage from the floor drain discharge three months after the installation, our service tech went out to the property and found the drain line had been twisted and shooting out toward the walls. the drain line was installed correct  the day...

we left the installation{we run the system through back wash to make sure no leaks are visible and the drain can handle the flow {which it did}. Our Manager Dean R[redacted] went out after the drain was secured to inspect the damage. He found that there was a small amount of the walls on the bottom had been wet and had a dirty look to them, he told customer to wash the walls with bleach and water as a prevention, they said they would and we talked about our process is to run this through their home owners and their  insurance would get a hold of ours at superior Water and Air. [redacted] stated they were having problems getting there agent to call back and were very dissatisfied with their company,Dean R[redacted] has tried to contact [redacted]  many times to see if the claim has been filled but has had no response for over a month now.

Superior is willing to go to the home and get the equipment back up and running and completely go thru all its operations to ensure it is working properly, but we will not take the equipment back nor will we issue any refunds.

I am rejecting this response because I do not wish to be in direct contact with Superior Water & Air or any of its representatives. I believe that by going to pick up a check in person, it would leave me open to being falsely accused or interrogated regarding the issues behind this Revdex.com complaint. As previously agreed upon, I would like the $110 refund check mailed to my address: [redacted].

I will have a check at our front desk that the customer can pick up. It will be there by 12p.m. on Thursday 02/01/2018. Our address is 3536 south 1950 west, West Valley City, UT 84119

I was unaware of the customer responding to my response. I apologize for the oversight, we will contact Ms. [redacted] and set up a time to go start up her equipment and double check everything. There will be no charge for this service.
