Richard [redacted] came to my house and tested my water and said the repair would cost about $250.00 and that I should call the next day for a final cost. I called and was told he would call back. After 4 calls over one month and stopping by for the second time I was told that he did not want to drive 15 minutes away. It would take too mush time. If I were told that after my first call there would be no problem but after so much time and promises to return my call I felt that he handled this like a small time business man. Horrible customer service.

Review: We purchased a RO system from Superior Water Conditioning less than a year ago. At the time of the purchase, 10 years part warranty and 1 year labor warranty were promised by the owner. Our RO system has stopped working since 4 weeks ago, so we contacted the owner of Superior Water Conditioning. He refused to repair the system because the deal what we got at the purchase was too good. He also said that the malfunction was probably due to the filters, and this would not be covered by his promised warranty. We purchased the new filters and replaced them last week, but it didn't not resolve the issue. We contacted him back and explained that it was not due the filters. He then said that it was due to the the membrane which should be covered by the warranty. He promised us to resolve this issue by 04/06/2015, but nothing has happened. We called him again on 04/11/2015 but did not get his answer.Desired Settlement: Replace and repair all the parts might cause the malfunction of our SQC4 RO system.
