Not once did Mr*** complain about his truck until we received a call the 16th of November of Mr*** was not very polite on the phone as he was rude and used profanityWe understand his frustration and never once disrespected him in any kind of way. Mr*** was demanding for us to fix his truck that he bought almost months ago and he threatened us with defamation on the internet and basically to ruin our reputation if we didn’t do as he saidWe do not accept or appreciate any kind of disrespectful talk to any of our employees in the way that he did. We kindly told him to go back to his paperwork and look at what he signedThis vehicle was sold to him “as is” (please see attachments) and it was disclosed to Mr*** and Ms*** properly as they BOTH signed the required Buyer’s order, Buyer’s guide and a Pre-owned vehicle disclosure statement. Mr*** was given the opportunity to conduct any sort of vehicle inspection prior to the sale, as all of our customers are given the same opportunityAfter almost nine months of owning a vehicle the customer has to accept ownership as no one here on the lot pressured him to purchase this truck. We strive to deliver the best product and customer service but we sell used carsWe are dealing with machines and we have no way to predict what will happen in the future.
