I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They were the ones who kept making excuses. They would tell me they were coming on certain days - then they would not come. LaGrotteria would never commit to anything in email. I actually have many of these conversations in email if you'd like to see them, as well as photos. he told me that his guy called me several times when his guy only called me once - and I have the phone records to prove it. I asked him to communicate everything in the email which he refused to do. he also told me he's coming on a day which I told him wasn't possible and then he sent his guy anyway specifically because of his going back and forth with him a few times American Express told me to tell him that I am canceling the service and pursuing the case against him - and that is when I said don't come anymore. I will actually be filing a claim against them as well because they subsequently told me that the agents should n never have said that and now there's a mess with that as well and meanwhile they have been opening and closing the case for the past three odd years. as I said I have tons of documentation on this including photos so if you'd like to see any of it let me know.

We made several appointments to remedy her problem and every appointment was made at her convenience as it should be. Each attempt, she had an excuse for not letting us repair the problem. Eventually she would not return our calls or let us in to take care of the problem at all.
