Heritage was called in by American HOme Shield to service my furnace on Thursday 12-16-today Monday 12-19-I still do not have a working furnace
"parts being ordered" and my call from hours ago remains unanswered

Had to buy heaters to keep the house even tolerable
Guy showed my son how to "jump start the furnace" not telling us it would only run for about minutes and another trip would be needed to the basement!!!!
Very disgusted and upset by this experience with Heritage Heating and American Home Shield Home Warrenty
Ongoing Issue Began 1-3-I called American Home Shield on Thursday morning Jan3rd to report that my heat was not workingLater that day two men came over from a company called Heritage HeatingThese men showed up without work shirts, business cards, a work van, and equipmentI had to provide a ladder and some additional tools as they were completely unprofessional presentation and entirely unprepared for the jobI showed them to the thermostat and the heat pumpHe removed the thermostat and while doing so broke off many plastic tabs from itWhen they got to the heat pump they were shocked to find out it was a heat pumpWhich was surprising because I called Home Shield had mentioned it numerous times and to Heritage Heating and CoolingThe men said they were taking some parts with them and said it was the blower motor and I would hear from them later that day with an update on if they could repair of would have to replace this itemAdditionally while leaving my condo they swung their tool box into my refrigerator breaking the handle clear offThursday goes by, I don't hear from themFriday goes by, no updatesSaturday goes by and I finally got a hold of Heritage who said at 4:PM he didn't have the energy to do it that day and I should be ok because it wasn't that coldBy Sunday I had called the company roughly times and left voicemails only to be contacted that one time saying he didn't have the energyI called American Home Shield and spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday requesting another vendor be sent out because I have been staying with friends and have outstayed my welcome there due to the degree indoor tempsAmerican Home Shield said they would call Heritage Heating and Cooling because they had never submitted any diagnosis or status update to them either and it stated only a service requestThey placed me on a brief hold to attempt to call the company and had to try twice before connecting with themThey said he was making an updateI demanded a new vendor to complete this project and was assured a call back on SundayIt is now AM on Monday and I haven't heard from anyoneBeen on hold with American Home Shield for minutes and still have not heard from Heritage
