Hello [redacted] , My name is [redacted] and I am one of the owners of Superiorlabs LLCIt was brought to my attention that a customer of ours had filed a complaint regarding a refund issue We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and always offering a refund to any customer that is unhappy with one of our productsI am not sure who filed or why they felt they were unable to be refunded or if this individual bought one of our products from another company and the company they purchased from is not offering a refund, either way I want to make sure this is taken care of Thank you for your time and I look forward to your reply Best Regards, [redacted] ***

I requested a refund 3 times on their website.  I also provided my order details in the Better Business complaint.  The response indicates they are willing to refund but they don't know who submitted the complaint.  Are they submitting a refund to me or not?

We were informed that you were wanting to receive a refund for your purchase of Test Worx on Aug 2nd. 
I would like you to know that this is the first time I have personally had an issue with a customer getting a refund and we always make sure our customers are taken care of. I have searched the database under this email address and not one email appeared asking for a refund. I am not saying that you did not send a request but for whatever reason we did not receive one or we would have made sure you were taken care of immediately. In Fact, part of the reason it took so long to respond back is we had no idea who you were or how to contact you. We had to wait to get your information from Revdex.com.
Regardless, to me it is a huge relief that I am finally in contact with you so we can get you taken care of. Also, If you look on Amazon where you left a bad review stating that we do not refund I personally responded to that on the 4th asking for you to please contact me so I could refund you. I am not sure why this has happened and why we have not received any of your requests for a refund. Truly our main concerns is customer satisfaction and we offer one of the BEST customer services in the industry. We are one of the only companies in the industry that will refund beyond a 30 day period. 
I would like you to know that I have sent a payment to your paypal in the amount of $54.95. 
Again, I apologize for the confusion and delays. The experience you have had with our company is not typical as I had mentioned earlier this is the first time I have personally had this issue.

Review: Purchased the company's TestWorx product. Website offered "100% Money Back Guarantee" with "No Questions Asked." I followed product's directions and received no benefit. I submitted a request for refund following website instructions with an explanation. I submitted request 3 separate times since I received no response or refund. Website claims refund would be issued within 2 days of request. I waited a week between requests.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund per company's advertisement and posted policy.
