We moved into a new home and wanted new paint colors in a handful of rooms. The estimator came out and quoted the job providing great feedback on some things to consider. I wouldn't have noticed some of these issues as I do not have an eye for certain details (i.e. the ceilings were turning yellow - and really needed a fresh coat of paint). I appreciated the options they provided and the overall thoroughness. The rooms looked AMAZING upon completion. They were a pleasure to have at the house. Very satisfied. Excellent company. Value ridden experience!

SuperiorPRO was an AMAZING experience!! We had a roof leak. After reviewing our options, we contacted SuperiorPRO. The Vice President of Operations, Mr. J, came to assess, meet with us and our Insurance adjustor, and give us a quote. He was right on target as far as what was needed (new roof), the quote and the final bill were exact!!. Mr. J was very knowledgeable and helpful with our decisions. He came out for a site visit the day the new roof was being completed. The crew was also amazing. Very conscientious and clean, from start to finish!! Mr. J then came to our home the next day for a walk through with us and to answer any questions we had and to inspect the work. SuperiorPRO did not require the payment until the day we did the walk through and we were satisfied!! What an amazing experience! What we though would be a very stressful time for us, turned out to be the easiest and pleasurable process!! Everyone we dealt with from the company, office and on site, were excellent and did what they said they would, and when they said they would!! Excellent communication and support throughout the process. THANK YOU SuperiorPRO!!!!
They will not come back and repair the caulk that is falling out of the siding seams.
I was told that if it was to cold they wouldnt apply it on those days. The warranty dept will not call me back anymore, now I will write endless reviews.
thank you for the information, however, I am showing a text conversation between you and our warranty manager on 7/31 regarding your issues where he went to the home to take care of for you in which you had confirmed 12 noon was good. Since we hadn't heard from back I am assuming he and the crew did show up to address those issues. He also offered suggestions of viewing documents on the James Hardie website regarding joint separations, and what to expect. I do apologize but I do not have record that you have contacted our office since that visit in our system. The caulking applied to house before painting is peeling and falling out of the siding seems, and window trim.
The house was painted in December, I was told that if it was to cold for the caulk or paint to cure they would wait for a beter day.
Now that the summer heat is started alot of the caulk in the siding seems and door and window trim is cracking and peeling back. Have called their warranty rep repeatadly and have been putoff and stalled with one excuse or another over a month now.
Recaulk where needed and repaint accordingly.
I have addressed the situation with our production/warranty department and we have contacted the customer to discuss. The customer has agreed to meet with*** to resolve any issues. *** will be meeting the customer at the residence on Monday morning at 10:00 am. We will keep posted as *** will do all he can to bring this issue to a resolve. Again thank you for the email. We will be in touch after the visit.
