Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First we can tell from their responses that it is not based on facts, especially where they continually attack me personally “like children on a school yard.” I will address problems, misstatements and lies in their responses, which have nothing to do with the complaint against the work they didI never saw DoT inspectors at my house, for a real inspection they would have to meet with me to know what work was to be performed, what was not, and what transpired during the job and repairs done before their visitNever saw owners at my house nor did they ever try to contact me by the numerous ways they have available to themAs far as his direct statement and reference that “I have a mental disability”, that is offensive as much as it is incorrectI am physically disabled, due to my injuries in service to keeping people in the US safeI have been tested for brain injuries due to the types of injuries, but am not mentally disabled and I find that judgment to be completely unprofessionalI am a licensed minister with one of our most recognized protestant churches; I can mail a copy if that is necessaryI also have been associate minister in a church with over members and have been a police chaplain to local and state police departments, and many other types of ministries, but due to my physical disabilities, that I am dealing with my ministry is more limited right now to small groupsI never told anyone I “stepped on land mine” this is a ridiculous statement and a lie, since I have both of my legs and I would never make a statement so blatantly disrespectful to the men and women who have been so severely disabled and killed due to battleIn addition, this has nothing to do with this dispute except to display the completely unprofessional manner in which this company manages their business aAs far as payment for jobHe never gave me a proposalHis company was at the top of the street doing another job with large trucks at least, a roller, an asphalt spreader, and around employees and probably more than listed and according to “ [redacted] ***” (son of older owner)—Since they were so close, with all the above equipment, and some extra Asphalt left over from job they were doing on the above driveway, they would have to dispose of the extra asphalt and pay for it, also they didn’t have another job the next day, so they could give me an incredible deal on a 1st rate job, that would be a great advertisement for them since our house is at a dead end where everyone coming into our community has to turn right or left to get in our out of the developmentbI questioned that the job would be done first rate and perfect, fix all grass and dirt out of cracks and fill properly cThat all asphalt products used would be #quality dEdges and leaves on sides would be removed from both sides of driveway and edges of road eThat they would properly fix where asphalt was pulling away from cement driveway “they assured me yes” they just used plain asphalt and was supposed to be another product and better than “industry standards” fLevel the hump and dip completely out of driveway, that siding and decorative stone walk ways, grass wouldn’t be damaged (I have pictures that they damaged the above items) gThey assured they would have the proposal for me before start of work next morning, when they arrived, they started right to work by the time I awoke and got downstairs they laid 1st pass and told me “we forgot and will bring proposal later when bring the invoice.” They never brought a proposal or invoiceIn regards to his statement, that driveway is not fully paid forTheir statement about not receiving payment in full is a complete lieFull payment for overlay of my driveway with bringing all equipment from warehouse, personnel and asphalt from to 3500, the price is the biggest and best in the industryHowever, the company people took my check, which was clearly ***ed “paid in full”, and they rushed off the job site and cashed ti immediatelyI’m sure this was to keep me from putting a “stop payment” on the check after I had it inspectedHe talks about “a contract”If he produces a contract post process with my signature on it, that will be fraud, there was never a contract or a proposalThey also were to come back and seal the driveway after month, they never came back, and I had to pay another companyHe used his “Christian based company” to sell me a story as a reason to trust them, because of my physical disability and my openness of being a Christian myself, and a ministerThe only correct statement made by the company individual who lied so much is “ I need prayer, he need prayer and the whole worked really needs prayer.” What is sad is the owner used the label “Christian company” to defraud, steal and perform inferior workI would not have to contact the Revdex.com to warn citizens not to do business with this company unless they were forewarned and had systems in place to protect themIf they truly operated as a “Christian company” according to the bible, they would have resolved all business conflicts without first getting to this point to the customer’s satisfactionLastly, it is clear to see who is telling the truthThe man who is trying to cover up something, hid things illegitimacy protect the rating, or the man who gains nothing and is just trying to protect the future customers who lost all of this time protecting people and called some terrible thingsMerry Christmas, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year God’s best blessings to you and your families Respectfully, [redacted]

1. I never saw DoT inspectors at my house, for a real inspection they would have to meet with me to know what work was to be performed, what was not, and what transpired during the job and repairs done before their visit.
2. Never saw owners at my house nor did they ever try to contact me by the numerous ways they have available to them.
3. As far as his direct statement and reference that “I have a mental disability”, that is offensive as much as it is incorrect. I am physically disabled, due to my injuries in service to keeping people in the US safe. I have been tested for brain injuries due to the types of injuries, but am not mentally disabled and I find that judgment to be completely unprofessional.
4. I am a licensed minister with one of our most recognized protestant churches; I can mail a copy if that is necessary. I also have been associate minister in a church with over 2000 members and have been a police chaplain to local and state police departments, and many other types of ministries, but due to my physical disabilities, that I am dealing with my ministry is more limited right now to small groups.
5. I never told anyone I “stepped on land mine” this is a ridiculous statement and a lie, since I have both of my legs and I would never make a statement so blatantly disrespectful to the men and women who have been so severely disabled and killed due to battle. In addition, this has nothing to do with this dispute except to display the completely unprofessional manner in which this company manages their business.

a. As far as payment for job. He never gave me a proposal. His company was at the top of the street doing another job with 3 large trucks at least, a roller, an asphalt spreader, and around 5 employees and probably more than listed and according to “[redacted]” (son of older owner)—Since they were so close, with all the above equipment, and some extra Asphalt left over from job they were doing on the above driveway, they would have to dispose of the extra asphalt and pay for it, also they didn’t have another job the next day, so they could give me an incredible deal on a 1st rate job, that would be a great advertisement for them since our house is at a dead end where everyone coming into our community has to turn right or left to get in our out of the development.
b. I questioned that the job would be done first rate and perfect, fix all grass and dirt out of cracks and fill properly
c. That all asphalt products used would be #1 quality
d. Edges and leaves on sides would be removed from both sides of driveway and edges of road
e. That they would properly fix where asphalt was pulling away from cement driveway “they assured me yes” they just used plain asphalt and was supposed to be another product and better than “industry standards”
f. Level the hump and dip completely out of driveway, that siding and decorative stone walk ways, grass wouldn’t be damaged (I have pictures that they damaged the above items)
g. They assured they would have the proposal for me before start of work next morning, when they arrived, they started right to work by the time I awoke and got downstairs they laid 1st pass and told me “we forgot and will bring proposal later when bring the invoice.” They never brought a proposal or invoice.
7. In regards to his statement, that driveway is not fully paid for. Their statement about not receiving payment in full is a complete lie. Full payment for overlay of my driveway with bringing all equipment from warehouse, personnel and asphalt from 2300 to 3500, the 3500 price is the biggest and best in the industry. However, the company people took my check, which was clearly [redacted]ed “paid in full”, and they rushed off the job site and cashed ti immediately. I’m sure this was to keep me from putting a “stop payment” on the check after I had it inspected.
8. He talks about “a contract”. If he produces a contract post process with my signature on it, that will be fraud, there was never a contract or a proposal.
9. They also were to come back and seal the driveway after 1 month, they never came back, and I had to pay another company.
10. He used his “Christian based company” to sell me a story as a reason to trust them, because of my physical disability and my openness of being a Christian myself, and a minister.
11. The only correct statement made by the company individual who lied so much is “ I need prayer, he need prayer and the whole worked really needs prayer.”
12. What is sad is the owner used the label “Christian company” to defraud, steal and perform inferior work. I would not have to contact the Revdex.com to warn citizens not to do business with this company unless they were forewarned and had systems in place to protect them.
If they truly operated as a “Christian company” according to the bible, they would have resolved all business conflicts without first getting to this point to the customer’s satisfaction.
Lastly, it is clear to see who is telling the truth. The man who is trying to cover up something, hid things illegitimacy protect the rating, or the man who gains nothing and is just trying to protect the future customers who lost all of this time protecting people and called some terrible things.
