This place has bugs bad stayed one night had to leave in middle of the night cause woke up with a roach on my face and they were everywhereThis was one of the worst places i've ever stayed!

If this hotel is not Revdex.com accredited then why is it still open this particular location is infected with roaches...housekeeping does not do there job and when asked to clean rooms they pretty much refuse...and then when a complaint is given they kick you out....its a fraudulent place of business...its run down and should be shut down I wouldn't let my dog stay there more less another human being...it needs to be reported to dhec it should be condemned

HelloI was recently staying at one of your locationsThe Super Lodge on Mauldin RdWhen I arrived the first day, I was sold a room that wasn’t supposed to be sold because the door doesn’t closeRoom ***I went back to the front and the lady gave me a different roomThe key didn’t workSo I went backShe gave me another oneIt didn’t workI went backShe gave me two more that didn’t workThe security guard ended up having to let me in my roomWhen I got in the room, it was DISGUSTINGI have videosThere were food crumbs on the bed, hair and crumbs in the sheets, make up on the pillow cases, pee stains on the comforter, the tv didn’t work, and the showers hot water didn’t workI was told I had to wait for the manager to get there the next daySo I had to spend the night in that disgusting uncomfortable room; not able to leave because there’s no one to program my keyThe next morning, a so called supervisor was sent to my room to check it out and all he did was change the sheetsI asked to speak to a manager and he said I didn’t need to do thatSo I went to the front office and I was moved to a different roomIt was better but the tv still didn’t work and the toilet made this extremely loud groaning noiseI didn’t receive fresh towelsWhen I got in the room the bed wasn’t even made so I took the sheets and comforter off the bed from the other room and made it myselfI was told the “supervisor” would come by and fix the tvHe never didThere’s also not a phone in the roomThe next day, I’m headed to the office to pay for another nightI run into the front desk lady who checked me in the first nightShe asked with an attitude, “When did I change my room?” I told her yesterdayShe asked whyFirst of all it’s none of her business but it’s because the room she put me in was disgusting and not worth a dime let alone $She told me she would be working in the office that nightI said ok and we parted waysI didn’t know why she told me thatI went to the office, I’m paying for the room, that same “supervisor” is working the front deskThe first thing he says to me is, “Why did you change your room” with an attitudeI told him because the shower wasn’t getting hot in the other roomHe caught another attitude and said, “Well that’s why I asked you was there anything wrong with the room before I left.” I didn’t know the shower wasn’t getting hot until after he left when I tried to take a showerThen he tells me I need to go to a different room because the one I’m in now is a specialty roomThe room was literally the exact same as the room I was in before except the new room didn’t have a phoneNot only that, I was put in the room because of the fact the other two were unlivable and my first couple days were so messed upI told him again I wanna speak to a manager and he said fine we’ll let you stay in it for todayLater on that night, I had a ride come to the hotel to take me to workI work 10-4amWe left at 9:I ended up not working and he dropped me back offI went to the room and the key was no longer workingI went to the front to be told that I was being put out because my ride left minutes after the guess hours#1, there’s a difference between a guess and a visitor/ride#2, my whole entire day stay my rooms have been messed up and I was treated badThe front desk lady refused to give me her nameShe also refused to give me the manager/corporate numberThe security guard also said the reason I was being put out was because he saw my ride sitting there for minutesThat is RIDICULOUS and it’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heardMy ride was never told to leave or anything like thatI came back to a room that I can’t get in and I’m being told by the front desk lady that she will not allow me to go back in the room even if my belongings are in thereI told her I was going to call the police and she quickly said she was going to call security and let me get my thingsShe knew she was wrongShe was spiteful and she was looking for any type of reason to put me out because she didn’t do her job rightWho puts someone out in the middle of the night because their ride left minutes after the guess hours and I was in the car with them???? Like I said nobody called to let me know that they had to leave (the room didn’t have a phone in it but they’ve called my cellphone and I have screenshots of that as well) and they weren’t told that they need to goSo I need some answers or we’re going to courtMy email is *** or contact via cellphone at **SSN**Thank you but no thank you

To whom it may concern:
Ms*** was not "put out" with her children. She can another guest had a problem with one another and were told to stay away from each other by our staff as well as security. When it became time for her to
re-new her room, we chose not to re-rent to her as well as the guest she had the problem with. The right to not rent to a guest is our right as a motel. Both guests were asked to leave when their time was up. She was told she would not be rented to again in plenty of time to make new arrangements to go somewhere else. She didn't lose any money she paid into the roomTherefore, she is not entitled to receive any back. Also, we have a "no refunds" policy here and each guest signs a rules sheet where this is stated. We are sorry if she feels she was unfairly treated, but both guests were not rented to againThank you,
