Customer placed an order via next day delivery on December 22, 2016, not knowing our delivery terms and conditionsOur terms, which is written on our website that we ship all expedited orders within hoursTherefore the fastest we could ship out his order was on the 23rd of December which
was FridayWe shipped out his order via next day delivery but he didn't understand that if it's shipped via next day, it would arrive within the next business dayHe expected that the order would arrive on Christmas Eve but that would have been impossible because all major delivery services were closed on Saturday for the holiday and wouldn't be back open till Tuesday because Monday was an observed holidayThe customer accused us of tricking him when he didn't even realize that these delivery services have been closedWe cannot force them to delivery packages during a holiday and on the weekend when it is Not a business dayHe called us liars and I even forwarded them UPS's customer service line as proof that they do not open on weekends or during the holidaysWe did everything we were required to do which was ship within hours and to have it arrive within the next business day which was Tuesday 12/Please also see our website with our shipping information. http://www.supermarketitaly.com/shipping-returns/ In addition to this we have gone ahead and refunded him the shipping charge even though we didn't have to because we followed our shipping guild lines and the terms and conditions he agreed to prior to purchasing this orderIf you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me
