HUGE SCAM!!!
I paid to be in one of there NYFW shows only to find out THEY ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE REAL NYFW!

I was told by Mary Baldwin I would be put in an outfit that was custom made by one of their designers. WRONG!
I was handed a t-shirt was a word heat pressed on it and $10 in paparazzi jewelry. I was asked for more money to walk for an additional designer.
I paid for a photo contest and I had the most likes on my photo but seemingly I lost the contest...
I also paid to represent my state in a pageant and never heard back from SU.
It's a money pit scam!

Did not receive services that were advertised. In Feb of 2013 a status was posted via Facebook advertising for a high fashion photo shoot in SC and they were searching for anyone that wanted to participate. You needed to email [redacted] with the magazine and a few recent photos of yourself to be considered. I received a response for her on Feb 15 2013 stating she could go over all the details which are as follows per the email she sent me. Our packages with hair and makeup and styling start at $375.00 come with a CD with full copyright of all your images and 3 looks published in Supermodels Unlimited Magazine. I was told to provide my own outfits that they would style and do the hair and makeup. However after paying for what I thought would be 3 looks and a high fashion photoshoot that is NOT what I received. The emails from her stopped and were then picked up by [redacted]. I had to send out several emails to get confirmation on the location because that was not initally provided to me. I was scheduled for March 24 2013. While at the photoshoot my hair and makeup was not one time changed my hair was styled by the PHOTOGRAPHER who clearly did not know how to do hair. I had the same look through out all the photos. My outfits did change but no STYLING was involved I took care of pairing up shoes and jewelry. I did not receive the high fashion shoot I was promised nor did I recieve anything other than one look. That Monday March 25 2013 I was emailed a few images from the shoot that were HORRIBLE and could never be used let alone would I want to share these images with anyone! I emailed [redacted] my displeasure with them and asked would I have the opportunity to view before hand the photo or photos selcted for the magazine as the ones I had seen were HORRIBLE images thinking they might have the best ones. I never recieved a response. But yet Lisa was quick to come back into the picture and try to get more money from me for an upcoming runway show. I have been modeling since 13 years old NO model pays anyone to walk in a runway show ever and I quickly told her I was not interested. I have filed disputes with my charge card company as I did NOT receive the services that I thought I was paying for. In return this company Supermodels Unlimited claims with no proof that I have used these photos for my own gain. That I am making fraudulent claims against them etc but when you do your research on this company I am not the first nor will I be the last that they have scammed. I have been asking for the $375.00 back for what I paid as I did not receive a high fashion photo shoot I did not get 3 or 2 looks and the styling was the photographer saying "yeah wear that outfit" This company is a SCAM they are unprofessional they use Facebook as a way to real in potential "suckers" and then take their money and try to get them to agree to other shoots or events where more money is required. Then get angry when you voice your displeasure with the services you received. Desired SettlementAll I am asking for is the $375.00 back on what I paid for. I did not receive the services that were offered to me in the email that I received from [redacted]. I was told I would be paying for 3 looks with styling and hair and makeup that was suppose to be high fashion and that was clearly not what I got.Business' Initial Response [redacted],In [redacted] claim she stated that she did not receive what was advertised. What was advertised what shoots starting at $375.00. Please see the information I emailed you. What [redacted] purchased was a 2 look shoot in the amount of $375.00. With this purchase she received hair and makeup, a CD of images (which she received) and an image published in an upcoming issue of Supermodels Unlimited. Her image will be out in August of 2013 along with her cover. [redacted] received her CD and was not happy with the product. Instead of giving us a chance to fix the problem she filed a claim with her credit company. After she lost her claim she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. Supermodels Unlimited has delivered all services to [redacted]. I am asking you to please close this claim.Best Regards,[redacted] Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I do not understand why [redacted] repeatedly LIES stating that they won the claim I filed against them with my credit card company!! That can be varified with my bank. What was advertised through Facebook and what was emailed to me from [redacted] was a three look shoot. I still have the email from her documenting this and can provide this information if needed. That is why I agreed to pay the 375.00 in the first place. Also, I did send Supermodels Unlimited an email stating I was not pleased with the photos and to this date 6-21-13 I have NOT received a response from them stating how in any way they would fix this! I can also provide this documentation if needed. I filed a claim through the Revdex.com to warn others about this company. In every response from Supermodels Unlimited via [redacted] he has continued to lie and try to drag my name through the mud. He is clearly very unprofessional.

Paid for services that I did not receive. My daughter was scheduled to have a photoshoot with this company in March 2013. After she paid for it they then contacted her about doing the cover. It was explained that normally a cover shoot could cost up to $1500.00 but it would be her and several others cutting the cost to $375.00 a person. I agreed to pay for this for her. I was told by [redacted] via phone conversation that she would receive hair and makeup services and that this was a bi monthly publication and we would be able to view the photos shortly after the shoot. To this date 6-7-2013 I have yet to see not only the photos that were taken for this supposed cover shoot but the magazine does NOT come out bi monthly and she has yet to be on the cover. Emails have been sent inquiring about when I could see these photos when to expect the magazine to come out and either no response is received or you get the "we will notify you". My daughers hair and makeup was not changed or done any differently for these photos. I questioned the photographer about this who was also doing my daughters hair about trying something different and she acted as if I had insulted her. I paid for this via my charge card and have filed a dispute with them seeings that I paid for something and did not receive anything in return expect for a broken promise. Supermodels Unlimited is refusing to make this refund and claims I am making fradulent accounts against them when I clearly DO NOT have these photos and they clearly have NEVER used them. The letter [redacted] sent my charge card company was very bitter and angry as I am sure they do not like being called out for being what they are a SCAM.Desired SettlementI am asking for a refund of $375.00 as I did not receive any photos, I have not seen them, nor has the magazine cover came out. Business' Initial Response [redacted],I personally spoke with [redacted] about her taking part in a group cover for Supermodels Unlimited. She agreed to take part in it and pay the $375.00. [redacted] along with two others shot for the group cover on 03/24/2013 in Union SC. This cover is currently on press for our up coming Role Models Edition which will come out in August of 2013. I sent you a copy of her cover. [redacted] has received all services that we discussed, Her dispute and claim are fraudulent. I ask that you close this claim immediately as [redacted] is disputing a service that has been received. Please see all documents that I have mailed you.Best Regards,[redacted]Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted] did speak with me but it was in regards to my daughter NOT myself as above stated. My daughter shot for the cover but as of today's date 6-27-13 we have yet to see any photos and this is after the magazine advertises that they are a bi monthly publication. I am so tired of this man and his lies!! I was told we would get a copy of the photos from the cover shot and would see them prior to them running. We have seen NOTHING they basically took my money and ran. This company is FRADULENT and should be shut down!!

Paid for services and goods and have not received the products or services. Refund is being refused.ON [redacted] 2014 I paid a deposit of [redacted] for photography services for 2015. The schedule of dates for 2015 was not released until the end of [redacted] and there were no dates that I was available in 2015. I contacted the office asking for updates and for a refund and was told that I was outside of the 10 day window to ask for a refund. I was never told that there was such a small period of time to refund deposits, and it is not written anywhere. The payment was made approximately 60 days before the schedule was released, even after pointing this out I was told that no refund could be issued. I also have not received any magazines that I ordered by subscription in [redacted] 2013 (2 year subscription totaling 8 issues). I also have not received the coffee table book that I was featured in that was released in [redacted] 2015. I was told on several occasions that the magazines and book would be mailed out, and when I follow up I am told that they are still looking into it. I have not been provided with any updates from Supermodels Unlimited on how to resolve this issue.Desired SettlementI would like my deposit back for services that were to be provided in 2015 since no services were utilized. I would like a refund of the subscription amount for the subscription and would like the book that I was promised from [redacted] 2015.Business Response Ms. [redacted] left a photo shoot deposit for 2015 and wa[redacted]up for a f[redacted]erent events, including our [redacted] in [redacted] as well as our Camping Weekend in [redacted] both of which she cancelled last minute. Once a model confirms a shoot location, we allocate hair, makeup and photography for that model so we do not offer refunds once a model cancels last minute. We do however try to accommodate transfers to another location when available. We have been extremely flexible with Ms. [redacted] allowing her to transfer her shoot to any location of her choice, to which she cancelled last minute for the s**ond time after her appearance was confirmed for our ** Camping Weekend and hair, makeup and photography were once again allocated for her. We have hosted over 30 shoots/events in 2015, allowing many options for Ms. [redacted]. We are sorry she had to cancel her photo shoots with us twice. However, the photo shoots still took place and it is against our company policy to offer refunds unless we cancel the event/shoot on our end.In regards to a subscription, we are happy to offer a refund if the subscription was purchased directly through us. We would need the date the card was charged and the last 4 digits of the card. If the subscription was purchased through a third party subscription service, a cancellation/refund would need to be done through the third party service. In [redacted]rds to any back issues, they can be purchased for 5.95 plus shipping per copy, limited to availability. Most issues we do keep a warehouse supply of for at least a year. We are also happy to provide digital tear sheets via e-mail complimentary to our models and we are happy to do a search of any issues Ms. [redacted] has appeared in for the past two years and can forward those digital tear sheet[redacted]er. Our coffee table book sold out at our [redacted] event, an event where Ms. [redacted] had to cancel her appearance. The book is in its third reprint for the upcoming holiday season and we are happy to [redacted]. [redacted] 5 complimentary copies of the book in October when the re-print is complete. We are also happy to e-mail Ms. [redacted] a digital tear sheet from the book.We have enjoyed working with Ms. [redacted] and certainly hope to resolve her issues to the best of our ability. We are also happy to extend another invite to participate in any of our our shoots or events through the end of 2015. However, once a model cancels 3 times, we are no longer able to offer additional transers.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accep[redacted]ponse from the business.)I committed to the [redacted] event before the dates were set. Once the dates wer[redacted] Hollywood event I informed the staff on [redacted] 2014 that I would be out of the count[redacted]at date and would not be able[redacted]make it. In [redacted] I stated that I was fr[redacted]015, and could possibly make the shoot in [redacted] I never confirmed [redacted]be attending. I sent another message on [redacted] asking if the weekend was still scheduled. I was told the photo shoot was still on and informed SU staff that I woul[redacted]eck my schedule to see if[redacted]tend. ON [redacted] 9th, over 60 days before the Connecticut shoot was to happen, I contacted the staff to let them know I was booked for another event that weekend and would not be able to attend. I never received a response to that message.I never received any confirmation emails or messages stating that I was expected to be attending any events. In prevision events, call times were given out less than a week prior to the event. To [redacted]only event[redacted]ffe[redacted]o me w[redacted]Hol[redacted]od, [redacted] 31- Mass[redacted]setts - Ma[redacted]Chic[redacted]une 6- [redacted]- and [redacted] in [redacted]In terms of the refund for the subscription, the original card that was used has expired at the financial institution was bought out by another company. The subscription was purchased in 2013. I purchased a tear sheet in the coffee table book and was told that the coffee table book would be part of that fee. I was originally told that I could pick this up at the event in Hollywood before the dates for that event were confirmed.I have very much enjoyed working with Supermodels Unlimited in the past and enjoyed the friendships that I have made during this time. I am hoping this matter can be resolved quickly.Final Business Response We went ahead and e-mailed Ms. [redacted] on [redacted] 2015 digital copies of her magazine tear sheets from the past 2 years to [redacted]@gmail.com.We also offered Ms. [redacted] a shoot transfer to any of the following locations below. Our upcoming shoot dates are as follows:[redacted] one day shoot[redacted] 5 day shoot[redacted] 3 day shoot[redacted] 2 day shoot[redacted] 2 day shoot[redacted], [redacted] 2 day shoot[redacted] 2 day shoot[redacted] 1 1/2 day shootAgain, the complimentary copies of the coffee table book will ship upon our reprint next month. Lastly, we are still happy to refund the subscription, even without proof of payment. We simply need an address to mail the [redacted] refund to.
