So I completed an offer 30+ days ago (days to be exact), and I still have yet to receive my rewardCustomer Support was a jokeThey had me jump through hoop after hoop, making zero progress despite the huge amount of evidence providedEven more, they were too stupid to realize that the proof they requested was clearly provided in earlier emails and made more requests for the same proof and took many, many days to respondEven after all this [redacted] they made me go through, they still refuseIf you want an example of how [redacted] annoying it was, Supersonic claimed that they could not contact the site on my behalf and requested that I ask for proof from the providerI then grudgingly emailed the site and received an email confirming that I had completed the offerAfter sending proof to Supersonic, they "contacted" the site (despite being unable to beforehand) and apparently received confirmation from the site that I had not completed the offerI call [redacted]
Supersonic Rewards Wall are fraudulent I their dealings through their wall.I submitted more than enough proof that I had completed an offer though their wall on Covet Fashion,a fashion app by Crowdstar.After I submitted a ticket with them I got a reply with a case number.They asked me to verify my email.I did.They asked for proof of completion of offer ad receipts.I supplied these too.I even supplied the advertisers number as they were willing to verify I was indeed a customer.Each time it was oh had not completed it through their wall.Or the advertiser could not confirm completion of offer.This is in fact all lies o still have the proof.Dont waste your hard earned money doing paid offers that they will not honour.Or offers that want you email as all you will get are Tele marketers
I decided to do supersonic for diamonds because I play covet fashionI've tried using supersonic in the past and they barely pay outEven with proof that you completed a offer they say you didn't meet the requirements and don't pay outThey are a scam company who only want you to click on ads and spend real money without paying out your rewards
The reason why I'm filling this complaint now is because I completed a swagbucks offer and I have the proof and summited a ticket like they asked me to do and still didn't get the reward
Beware and don't use them because they aren't a complete Scam who thrives off of customers completing an offer and not getting rewarded

I purchased a domain name from Godaddy.com that was on Supersonic's offer wall via Covet Fashion to earn diamonds. I decided to get a domain name for my non profit dog rescue and have been denied the reward from Supersonic stating they cannot verify with the advertiser (go daddy) that I purchased but I have screenshots and bank statement! I am beyond livid for them taking my money for rescue dogs as a scam!
