I was getting my car cleaned at Classic Car Spa and was approached by Shawn from SuperStar GlassI drive a Mustang convertible and the windshield was several years old and been repaired in the pastIt was pitted, had a cluster of spidering chips in my line of visionAt night it was difficult to see because of the refraction of oncoming headlightsWe worked with my insurance and the windshield got replaced a week later Since I drive a Mustang, a manufacturer windshield was to be installed because of the glare shield with the pony logoAn independent contractor arrived at the appointed time and we chatted before he began his workHe knocked on the door, I inspected his work as he explained the dos and don'ts of a new windshieldWe shook hands and I signed off on the installation That has been over a month agoWe have had cold snaps and an early heat wave alreadyI have no complaintsYes, I would recommend this service

I have received a letter from you which one of my guest have reported to you in matter of being charge for $ When I passed by Ms [redacted] 's room on the 03/01/morning to check up on the room next to their room, I smelled smoke By the time I was done with that room they had left their room to check out I went into Ms [redacted] 's room right away cuz I smelled the smoke earlier upon smelling the smoke I called my housekeeper and made her go thru the room and see if she can find a cigarette butt and she did find the butt in the one of those energy drink can When I called Ms [redacted] regarding this matter right away she said she doesn't smoke and her sister took the phone from her started complaining about the heater not being working I told her if the heater wasn't working then she should have told the front desk clerk, we would have give you different room or discount on their stay They just can't smoke in the room because the heater wasn't working I explained her that she wouldn't do anything like this in her house and she said yes that's true that she wouldn't disrespect her house like this We have sign everywhere regarding non smoking I told her I have other guest stays in these rooms and I will not tolerate somebody smoking in my rooms We have designated area outside for smoking and we have garbage cans outside She was crying and asking to come in and clean because she didn't have the money to pay the fine I completely understand $dollar is lot of money but guest need to understand not smoke in the room Our pool heater broke down and in process of getting it fix That is something not in our hand and we had to put it out of order I hope this will be help you to make the decision since you have the both sides of story?Should you have any question feel free to call me @ the number below Thank you, [redacted] General Manager The Fern Hotel ###-###-####

An independent contractor arrived at the appointed time and we chatted before he began his work. He knocked on the door, I inspected his work as he explained the dos and don'ts of a new windshield. We shook hands and I signed off on the installation.

That has been over a month ago. We have had cold snaps and an early heat wave already. I have no complaints. Yes, I would recommend this service.
