*** *** There are several apartments advertised online. Each advertisement shows pictures of the condo that is for rent. Each pictured condo was different. All of them were for UNDER $1200. There was not just ONE ad for ONE apartment. The gentleman I spoke to also did not explain any of the things he listed in his response. The only thing he said was "that one is not longer available, the one we have is $1400" If they accepted a lease agreement for ONE of the several advertised condos, what happened to the other 3-they had listed? The advertisements are still listed online for the prices below $even today

I explained this to Faith and also explained that we manage around 100 condominium units in which the owners of the individual units determine price with our recommendation and not every unit in our condo complex is rented for the same amount. Not every unit is the same as well. Some have laminate flooring throughout, some have carpet, some have stainless steel appliances, 1 or 2 underground parking stalls, 1 or 2 bedrooms, etc.. One so happened to be $1,200 and the other was $1,400 both owned by different condo owners. The $1,200 was no longer available as mentioned above, so I told her that we have the $1,400 one available. We, in no way, try to false advertise rentals and we update advertisements as soon as possible through our small company that has been in business over 25 years. I received your second letter due to my response not resolving her complaint. She needs to provide me with more information on what units she sees advertised. Here are our current listings on our website:[redacted]We manage multiple complexes in Madison and Middleton. She was looking at Harbor House Condominiums, as I recall, in which we had units for $1,100, $1,050.00, $1,200.00, but those have all been leased. We have one available now for $1,250.00 that was just reduced from $1,400.00. There are no advertisements, at Harbor House, that are listed through our office under $1,200.00. There are other owners in the complex that don’t use us as their management company. The owners, since these are condos, are allowed to use any management company they choose and even some prefer to self-manage their units. There certainly could be condos for rent at Harbor House less than $1,200.00, but not through us. All prices are determined by the owner and if not by the owner then by current market value. Therefore we have a wide range of list prices for rentals even at each complex. There is not much more I can explain about this. We advertise through a few different websites and are they are updated as quickly as possible. If she’s referring to a different property, then we have some available in her range that she can contact me with questions on.If she has any other issues regarding something she feels is unfair, please have you contact me directly. I was so impressed with this Company, they were prompt, extremely friendly and knowledgeable I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Review: This company came out to service my AC the end of May. At that time they did not properly tie up the wires, cause the fan blade to severe them and stop the AC from working. They came out today to repair, and claim they did tie them up properly, don't know what could have happened- like somehow we got in there and took the zip ties off- ridiculous. So, they want to charge us for the AC repair- the technician lied, saying he was not the one who came out before, yet I found the paperwork with his name on it. They keep insisting they have no responsibility for this problem and we somehow ruined it. They do not stand behind their work, not their employees. They are very dishonest.Desired Settlement: Would like the AC to work as it is quite hot in AZ in August and currently 90 degrees in the house- would also like to let people know who they are dealing with- a completely dishonest company. I have to schedule through a home warranty, so I don't always get to choose- I will be working with the warranty company to not use them.

Wonderful service and fair pricing in an emergency with our air conditioning unit. Kraig was absolutely the best repairman we could have asked for! Thank you for cooling us down so quickly!

I had an air conditioner not working. I called Superstition Cooling who came out and advised me that they found the "compressor grounded and burned wires". They quoated replacement of the compressor at $2,180. I had a second company come out and they found all of the wires had been cut. They reconnected the wires and the air conditioner now workes fine. I have no doubt that I was being scamed.

Knowledgeable and professional, they took time to answer all my questions and concerns. They were informative, and explained the entire process. They have been keeping my old unit running for a few extra years, which was no small feat, and never pushed a sale. The old unit lived longer than it should of, but it was time for a new one. Staff are all nice, phone always answered when it rings and service prompt.

Superstition cooling also listened to my concerns about less airflow to the master bedroom and came up with a simple and cost-effective solution. Pricing was better than competitors for install and service was higher. Not sure what more I could expect from a company. Good people and they know what they are doing.

I hope your AZ summer will be as cool and refreshing indoors as mine will be. .
