Good Morning Mr. [redacted] (Revdex.com Representative)I am writing to inform you that I would like to withdraw my complaint against the company listed above. I spoke with the management on Saturday October 3, 2015 and he authorized the proper adjustments and overcharges, including late fees to be waived. Also, I would like to thank you for your prompt response to my complaint, and I will keep the Revdex.com in mind for future complaints. Thank you! Review: I have informed Super Storage that I am having retirement issues with Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Furthermore, I have provided them a copy of U.S. Senator [redacted] who is working to resolve my pay dispute and hopefully have my pay adjusted accordingly here soon. They sent me a notice that I owe $10.00 for late payment for the month of August 2015. I owe $34.00 + $10.00 late fee for the month of September, along with a $25.00 additional fee total $69.00 which I was informed that I could take care of the payment on 1 October 2015. I called yesterday and I spoke to [redacted] but their system was down. He told me that he would have Management call me back but they never did until today. I called today and now my bill is up to $155.00 which is ridiculous because I have been communicating with them all along ever since my pay problem started.Desired Settlement: Reduced my balance due back to $69.00 and I am ready to pay that amount within the next 24 hours. I have been very pleased with their service and location and would very much like to remain as a customer.

Hello [redacted],I am the Assistant Manager here at Superstorage Robelini in Vista, CA. On September 2nd, 2015 at 7:44 PM one of our customers filed a complaintwith the Revdex.com. His desired settlement was to pay his balance of $69 in the next 24 hours rather than $155.We spoke earlier on September 2nd, 2015 at 4:45 PM and his balance was $129 with lien and late fees. It was agreed since he has never been this late that we would pardon the lien and last late fee and would pay $69 by credit card.In short, about three hours before the complaint was filed, both parties had already achieved the desired settlement.Thank you for your time,[redacted]Assistant ManagerSuperstorage(760) [redacted]

Review: We rented a space (A-113) from Best Storage on September 11, 2013, because they had a deal "rent here and your second month is $10, plus 10% military discount." We paid $145.60 in advance for September and October. This included a pro-rated, discounted move-in amount and the $10 second month payment. We paid $180 for (3rd month) November on time after receiving invoice, as instructed. We moved out of A-113 on Nov 16th. We rented a second space (A-110) on October 16, 2013 and were told, "we don't do the second month for $10 anymore." We told the clerk (Pat)that this deal was the only reason we were renting here, and they gave us the second month for $10. We paid $117.60 in advance for pro-rated October and November. We paid $180.90 for (month 3) December 2013. We moved out of of A-110 on Dec14th and were given a $10.83 cash refund for 'rent'. We contacted the owner to ask why we were not entitled to the same pro-rated amounts as we were on move in. The owner claims that it is clear in the contract that "no refunds will be given after the tenth of the month." The only line in the contract regarding ten days is about a late fee of $10 being incurred if rent is not paid within ten days of due date. The owner says her accounting doesn't allow for pro-rated rent. Clearly this is not true because of the ability to take pro-rated rent on move in.This business practice leaves this company the ability to re-rent the space when vacated early thus receiving double rent for one space.Desired Settlement: We feel we are entitled to rent refund of $84.90 for space A-113 (14 days times $6.06).and rent refund of $93.88 for A-110 (16 days times $5.87) for a total of $178.79.
