Review: [redacted] states I occupied their Room on given dates of August 15, 2014 thru August 16, 2014 when in fact I never did stay. I refused

the room they provided as it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I stated the room was unacceptable. When I requested a refund,

they stated I would have to go thru [redacted] refutes my claim and stated to representative from [redacted] that I did stay at

their Inn.

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. If a customer does not agree to a room in the hotel and went through a third party site to make the reservation they have to go back to that company for the room to be cancelled. The customer would have to contact the site the room was booked for for this process to move forward.

Revdex.com spoke with the customer. The customer stated that she did reach out to the third party. It was when the hotel was contacted to discuss the refund process that they stated she did in fact stay in the room those night. That is a false statement according tot he customer who states she stated elsewhere those nights because the room was so unacceptable.

Review: My disable son was renting a unfurnished room from what I know as the Days Inn Office. It appears that this location goes by many names other than by the Days Inn sign located on the outside. When my son moved out after more than a year there, I paid the final bill. His rent of $650 was due on the 3rd of the month. He moved out on the 5th of December. I asked the manager (Sonya [redacted]) should not he paid a prorated amount rather than the $35.00 day rate. She said if I don 't like it , I and Bernard can leave and never come back. She also said that she was placing me on the "DO NOT RENT " list. I paid the $70.00 , she said my son owe on the 5th. , Two days later I tried to rent a room from Motel 6, which she also manages , she denied me,. She said if I was on one of her property list , I was on all of them. She also placed me on the Motel 6 "DO NOT RENT' list. My son rent was paid when he left. I was never responsible for paying my son's rent. Ms. [redacted] actions and attitude is terrible.Desired Settlement: Have my son's rent prorated. Have my name removed from the Days Inn and Motel 6 "DO NOT RENT' list with an apology.

I apologize for my tardiness in responding to your case# [redacted] . On 0ctober 3,2014 Mr [redacted] and his son came in to rent a monthly unit at my property. When we bought the Dayslnn branded property there were 56 rooms. Fifty of those room were in the third corridor and had been shut down for quite some time. Since it was for sale they wanted to cut down on costs. Well, my boss decided to reopen this area and offer long term stays because of the abundance of homeless people in Spotsylvania County; [redacted] conducted all the business for [redacted]. because as he stated junior is mentally challenged. They rented our ''empty. special'' and things were great until the month of December 2015.Mr. [redacted] was a noshow for payment on thursday the 3rd. After several calls to room and housekeeping knocking on the door we did find out belongihgs were still inside on the 3rd and 4th. On the sth he showed up and announced that they were leaving. I explained that he should've moved out on his due date and he owed two days rent.He said he did the math and because he only pd 650.00 a month he owed me 21.66 a day. This was a shock to me because no one in this area rents rooms for that cheap of a price. I was considerate enough to not charge him our daily ptice of 39.99 plus tax ,and weekend 45.99 plus tax. I offered 35.00 flat for thur and 40.00 flat for fri. I even allowed them to take all day to move the stuff out on Saturday. The next week to my surprise he showed up at my other property. He demanded a room and knowing how things went sour at the end didnt want to deal with him . I refused to do business with him. He made another reservation and made his son come to check in. I declined his business also under the knowledge that they were together . Both reservations were for 2 ppl\2beds. He created a scene in the lobby and I threatened to call police if he didnt leave. He has called both my corp offices trying to get me fired. And now he is contacting your office. As a business we have the right to refuse anyone ., unless its involving discrimination. I am writing to respond to the letter from Ms. [redacted] dated Jan 10, 2016. First, I want note that there are many inaccuracies in Ms. [redacted] letter. When we when to her motel on October 3 , 2014, we was under the impression that it was a Days Inn , because the sign outside was a Days Inn Sign ( it was there even when we left in December 2015. It was my son who sign the lease and made payment to her initially and some months when I was not able to do so. At no time , did I ever said Bernard was mentally challenged. Things were never great as Ms. [redacted] stated. When I would make payment to her and attempted conversation with her, she would say "just give me the money, we don't need to talk". I questions her account of calls to the room and housekeeping knocking on the door. This cant' be, because there was never a phone in the room , neither does she have my phone number. Neither can she produce the housekeeper who came by. Over the course of the year we there, it was not uncommon for us to make the payment a few days late. In fact we seldom made it on the 3rd, and Ms. [redacted] never said anything when payment was made. On December 4th I told Ms. [redacted] that we would be moving out on the 8th. She said we would be owing $160.00. Because of this I decided to move out on the 5th. When I told her I was moving out on the 5th , she said I owe $70.00. I asked her should it not be prorated, because he was renting a monthly room with no furnisher . She said "if you don't like it ,you and Bernard can leave and don't ever come back. I later paid the $70.00 to another person when I left that day. When I when to the motel 6 , she rent me a room one day but refused to rent it the next day. My son made reservation to stay there also. she denied him as well. My son and I do not come as a package, he is capable of renting for himself, and should not be discriminated on because of her perceived misunderstanding with me. Ms. [redacted] is a terrible person!

Review: My name is [redacted] My family and I stayed in this Motel from 7/26/2013 thru 7/30/2013. First we were put in room[redacted] where the A/C was not working so we were moved to room [redacted]. The A/C was working in this room, however, it was so loud and noisy none of us slept very well for the entire stay. The bathroom was very dirty, my wife had to clean it herself before we could let the kids take a shower or use the commode. The bathtub had what looked to be pubic hairs in it and there were very little towels and linens, not enough for four people anyway. We were never able to get enough towels even though my wife asked everyday for some, they would only give her two towels and one or two hand towels again not enough for a family of four. The TV, which looked to be a hundred years old, did not work properly either and had a very poor channel line-up. The sound would cut in and out constantly which made watching it useless and annoying. The carpet was so nasty and dirty we had to wear our shoes all the time except for bed time which was on our own sheets, blankets, and pillows because again there were hairs found in both beds. The door to the room looked as if it had been kicked in at some time or another because it would not completely close all the way. It was not an easy feeling with two small kids inside. We booked this room with [redacted] and was told that the amenities included a pool and was even shown a nice picture of your pool with pretty blue water (which has been removed since complaining). When we checked in the kids were so excited to go swimming after a very long 7 hour drive only to find out the pool was not in working order and was full of green pond like water. The next morning when I woke I got up to make some coffee for my wife and I only to find the coffee pot was also broken. I sent an email to the manager to which I have not gotten a response. Please can someone help us?Desired Settlement: Since I will never stay with another [redacted] the only resolution acceptable to me is a complete refund for services not rendered.

Spoke with[redacted] at the [redacted], Hospitality Management group and she states that on 08/09/2013 they gave a **% courtesy refund to the consumer and can not offer a full refund.
