Supervisor Compliance Training Department Reviews (7)

Review: I have received this companies letter multiple times. It almost looks like something that could be from a government agency claiming that my company is required to complete "mandatory D.O.T training". The envelope and letter are so deceiving that I had to look the company up online to see exactly who they were. Two things are very wrong with this. One the company is allowed to operate in this manner and two I had to look up if this was real.Desired Settlement: Stop this misleading practice and stop sending me your deceiving junk mail.

Review: We received a letter dated April 27, 2015 from this business indicating that it was our FINAL NOTICE, with 2 other notices having been sent. We have never received any correspondence from this company until today. Their letter indicates that a mandatory training is required and the way that their letter is structured, it is misleading the typical consumer into believing that they are a governmental authority which is able to execute a fine if they do not comply and sign up on their website for the training.

We find this company to be grossly misrepresenting themselves as a governmental authority and find it extremely unacceptable to the typical consumer. Because of the way they have MIS-represented themselves, not only will we not do business with them, but we will not suggest that anyone do business with them either.Desired Settlement: We wish for this company to stop contacting/harassing us and other consumers.

Review: This company sent me a letter stating that I need to complete a MANDATORY DOT TRAINING otherwise I may inquire fines up to $10,000. I paid $99 and took the training online. After completion I called the DOT dept to make sure they had received it and wanted to fax them the certificate. They told me that I didn't need to take this training and that they have heard of them and they are a third party company. They sure make it sound like they are speaking on behalf of DOT in the letter. They try to scare you in the letter by using very clever wording. DOT also told me that from now on beware of websites that don't end with a .gov when it comes to issues like this. If it was something we needed to do we would have received a letter from the government. I got cheated for $100.

Review: This company try's to mislead company's regarding DOT compliance. I advise that people check with their local State Patrol as I did. Don't believe anything they say as they only want your money!Desired Settlement: I want to be taken off their mailing list.

Review: I've recently gotten my own Motor Carrier Authority (MC) and DOT number, and as anyone else with a new MC / DOT number can attest to, I'm used to receiving a large amount of letters offering different products and services associated with helping complete all the necessary actions to get your MC number active and legal with the USDOT. That being said, I've never received a letter even half as misleading and false as the letter I received from this company.

The letter comes from "Supervisor Compliance Training Department" with FINAL COMPLIANCE NOTICE nice and large on the envelope. This is obviously already trying to appear as it's a letter from the DOT itself. The very first sentence in the letter reads, "THIS IS YOUR FINAL NOTICE. We have sent 2 notices already." which is a COMPLETE and total lie. What a way to start the interaction with your potential customers. The rest of the letter is an obvious scare tactic aimed at convincing clueless or inexperienced carriers that they seem to be required by law to sign up for their 2 hour drug and alcohol awareness training program. It very noticeably points out a potential $10,000 fine on employers not in compliance with the FMCSA's rules and regulations.

FMCSA does require driver supervisors to have completed a 2 hour drug and alcohol training program, however in NO WAY does it require you to use this company. There are hundreds if not thousands of other programs that allow you to complete this requirement. To top it all off, they try and get you to hurry because the cost now is $99, however, they claim that "we are authorized to increase the price to $149, so register as soon as possible." which is another complete and total outright lie.

This letter is manipulative and misleading. I would consider this a 100% attempt to scam carriers into buying their product.Desired Settlement: Advertising like this should be (probably is) illegal. This company should not legally exist using advertising methods like this.

Review: This company is severely representing its services as mandatory training according to government requirements (DOT). I've contacted DOT and this training is NOT mandatory. Furthermore, DOT is aware that this is misrepresentation and they've asked this company to stop representing it as such. They are not responding. Also, I can see here more than 20 people have logged this same complaint. Revdex.com's response is that the company cannot be reached. What is that all about????Desired Settlement: I want them to stop contacting me. However, I also want them to stop misrepresenting their services as mandatory and making it appear that this is coming from DOT. The fine print is NOT sufficient, especially when they use logos that look extremely similar to DOT's.

Review: Received threatening letter of fines for newly assigned DOT number stating that each supervisor must complete mandatory 2 hour online training for $99.00 for each supervisor. Act fast authorized to raise the rate to $149.00! Failure to register imposes fines up to $10,000.00Desired Settlement: Stop mailings
