I was dealing with a lot I was very emotional when *** called me *** is actually an owner of the business I've been in strategic development for high energy startups for years I've ran ever department; Client Retention, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Sales,
Customer Service, e.t.c This was by far the most professional, compassionate, and thoughtful communication I've had with any company To be honest, he really made me feel a little foolish but that was my own doing The reason is because he was so understanding and explained exactly what had happened (it was a miscommunication and not a shipping issue) that I immediately realized I over-reacted In fact not only did he resolve any misconceptions I had but he even finished the conversation by reiterating what I had said and just the whole thing was on point I really couldn't have asked for better customer service I would like to change my negative experience (this was wholly an issue of me just dealing with a lot) to a positive review if possible and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused *** or his team Again, I was really impressed by how everything was handled

Review: I intend to change this review depending on how the matter is handled. This company does advertise a fair bit for people who are struggling with life threatening illnesses. Which seams to be fine at first because the content of their product is actually well thought out and it seams to be a decent product however, upon placing an order and paying 40-50 dollars for shipping I was told the order would be sent out by the next day. I was slightly confused at first since I had called very early that morning (almost upon their business opening) and expected a same day but I went with it. Any way, my son's mother is dying of cancer and just had surgery. She's going through chemo within a few weeks. Every day counts. Now it's been 3 days... The order shipped three days later. Not same day like I would expect. Not next day like I was told but 3 days later! We have potentially weeks to prepare for her survival and these guys lied to me about the shipping date! Whats more is their product is twice the cost of other non creatine weight gainers out there and again... I paid $50 for shipping. So now here's the best part; I called to talk to someone. They can't transfer me to anyone in customer service or anyone that would be able to talk to me about this topic. Their contact number is only for sales and placing orders. In terms of customer service they have none and this "feels" like just an outsourced center. Playing with peoples lives is not cool.... These guys should make this right. I'm all for forgiveness and giving people a second chance but if I don't get a call today (even if I get one tomorrow or any other day, I'm keeping this review up). My suggestion if you need a weight gainer, get a cheaper one with a company that will answer you if you call and do what's right. I'm waiting out the rest of the day to see what happens. In my eyes these guys are a scam right now until they prove me wrong.Desired Settlement: I want a resolution that's fair. There is no one to talk to on any number they have listed to deal with customer service issues. It's literally just a sales call center.
