Ms [redacted] placed an order on our website on 6/22/14. She selected the offer that states 48 day auto shipment program for $114.95 + P/H. You can see on the site that there is also a one time shipment option directly to the left of this offer for $139.95 + P/H. The customer may either click on the picture or they may select the item from the pull down menu which also indicates either auto shipment or one itme orders with the same pricing. Ms [redacted] selected the auto shipment offer.
 
Every order comes with a packing list to confirm the order details. The description on this order states AUTO SHIP in it. Below this highlighted in yellow it states if you see the term auto ship in the description your order was placed on auto ship. It then states how often the order is received on the program selected. The 14 day cancellation policy is just below this and states to call customer service at 1-[redacted], 14 days prior to the next scheduled delivery date otherwise the customer is responsible for any orders that ship.
 
The 30 day policy is posted on the website for the customer to read before purchasing and is printed on the back of the packing list also. It states to call customer service with in 30 days of delivery to return the unused portion of the order for a refund of the product cost upon receipt. P&H is not refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We have attached a copy of the front and back of the packing list showing the auto ship program terms, the cancellation policy and the 30 day return policy. The custoemr did agree to the terms when placing the order online.
 
The first order shipped 5/23/14 and was delivered 6/27/14 with Ms [redacted]'s signature confirmation per UPS tracking number [redacted]. This confirms that the packing list was received wtih the polcies on it. Ms [redacted] has 30 days from 6/27/14 to try the product and if she was not satisfied with the results to call for a return. The 30 days ended on 7/27/14 for this order. Ms [redacted] did not contact us or request cancellation so the second order shipped as scheduled on 8/5/14 and was delivered on 8/11/14 per ups tracking number [redacted]. The 30 days on this order ends on 9/10/14. There was no cancellation request or contact from Ms [redacted] again so the third order shipped 9/17/14 and was dleivered 9/23/14 per ups tracking number [redacted]. The 30 days ends on 10/23/14 for this order.
 
On 9/22/14 Ms [redacted] called our customer service office to advise that her husband was using the product but it had not helped him yet. We cancelled the auto ship program to stop future orders as requested. Ms [redacted] stated that her husabnd had used the first order but not the second one yet and wanted to return it. This is concerning as the third order had already been shipped which means both the first and second order should have been consumed by now if it was being taking daily as the instructions state. If the product is not used every day consistantly this would affect the results greatly. The customer service represenative advised that both the first and second orders were past the 30 day policy and do not qualify for a return anymore however the 9/17/14 shipment that was in transit at the time could be returned for a refurned if she wishes.
 
Ms [redacted] has not called back since and no returns have been received as of yet. If the 9/17/14 order is returned with in the 30 day policy time frame we will refund $114.95 for the product cost upon receipt. P&H is not reufndable per the return policy.
