Supplement Fulfillment

Hello This complaint has been filed with Supplement Fulfillment Inc, We are a contracted fulfillment center for Powerburn and do not handle any of the companies customer service department or financial obligations in anyway, We do however want the customer to be made whole and are willing to do the only thing we can do to settle this dispute which is not ours to settle I am willing to send the customer a size smaller than she has ordered originally and can do that as soon as she confirms that is acceptable Please allow me to state again make clear that this complaint has been filed with the wrong company however we can immediately ship her the requested sizes today Regards Michael S [redacted] President Supplement Fulfillment Inc
