Hi thereI just received the letter regarding the subjected case. We apologize this has occurred as our warehouse was extremely delayed in a) getting back to us and b) shipping out the package. I have copied a number of emails where we were in contact with *** and tried to have the
problem resolved (below you will see there are tickets that were created all dealing with the same issue)We had full communication with the customer and the last email we sent him was confirmation that their order had in fact shippedIt was delivered on December 28, via ***We have not heard back from *** once we notified him the package was shipped and provided the tracking info we also tried calling him as well.
