This company has not been in business since Unfortunately, because we did not sell you the product, I am unable to help you

Consumer's Choice Health has been closed since December 2014. We have not sold any products since that time In addition we never sold any trial offer. I apologize, this is unfortunately not our client

Good Morning! We take client complaints very seriously! Upon review of the above information, I am able to confirm that Ms*** *** is not a client of oursI've carefully reviewed her name and contact details against our computer system
and we have no record of herIf she made this purchase under another name or using different contact details I would be happy to investigate further, with that information
Additionally, the name of the product or a screen shot of what the charge appears as on her bank statement (with other vital details blacked out of course) would be helpful for further investigation

I have gotten a hold of the company, and I'm not sure why they say I'm not a customerI actually am in the process of returning product and they said I will get a refund for the 2nd shipment but cannot for the first shipment which I thought was a free trialI did not read the fine print I guessI will never order from a company that advertises free trialIf I do not receive my refund I will get a hold of you again, but for now I will wait for my refundThanks

This is not true. I finally (after being on hold 45 minutes!) spoke with a rep named[redacted] Transaction number [redacted]. He offered me 50% refund but could not refund the entire amount because the product had already "shipped" per rep. Since then I have received phone calls daily from the company stating I had not "completed" my transaction. I get a different story from each person that calls me. Nobody seems to know what is going on and it is very frustrating. I just called the number listed on the website where I got the address to send the Revdex.com and got yet another story telling me to first send the product back since I got a refund (I have yet to receive anything). But, I never got a full refund. Only 50%. Then I was told to just keep the product (which I don't have). product to. I've searched using the phone number, name, email address, and physical address provided. If this product was purchased under different information, please submit it to me and I will be happy to search using other criteria. Using the current information, though, this is not a client of ours. I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

I have received multiple shipments of the Garcinia Torch Supplement, from the following return address:

which matches the address of the business listed in my complaint.
Although I recently cancelled my unintended subscription, I believe there should still be a record of these shipments having been sent to me. The most recent package's USPS tracking # was: [redacted]
Please let me know if further information is needed or if, for some reason, this address and shipping department belongs to a different business. Thank you for your consideration.

 I would recommend the company search their online profile as this was the address listed for the apparently false company I transacted with initially and that might be damaging to their reputation.
