Good Evening, The client requested special garments for his order which are only distributed from one wholesale company in the united states The client had a difficult time getting the garments himself which is why the client requested that we get these garments for his companyThe process of getting these garments was not easy and delayed the process of the entire orderOur company has accounts to all of the main wholesale garment suppliers and none of them carry this garment or knew where to get it The client forwarded us the one specific place that we could get the garments but was unable to get the garments for his company Once we able to get into contact with the company that made the garments they were out of the specific garments for the order which is why the order was delayedAll of the artwork and mock ups of the designs and shirts were approved prior to production which is our company policy We took all measures to complete this order on time, but with the complications ( very detailed instructions on the garment desired, which we had to wait for) and once we recieved the garments we were able to start on the actual process of the order which included Multiple Color Screenprinting, Woven Label sewing , Neck Labeling, folding and baggingWe have shipped products in the first shipment next day shipping free of charge and have shipped the second package with the remain part of the order UPS: [redacted]

Even after they had "overnighted" me the items, I did not receive them, in order for me to get the package before my event, I had to drive hours to the shipping company and pick the items up myselfOnce I picked the items up, there was single box that had about shirts in itAt this point I started demanding a refundThe company has lied to me on MULTIPLE occasionsOnce I received the items, I found many of them to be in poor condition as well, with food stains, and very low quality screen prints on the shirts, the lines are not crisp and there are many places with "bleed" on the designsI paid for my entire order in full on August There is NO REASON why I should of had to wait this long for my items.

The order for the printing has been refunded to the client as requestedCurrently shipping out the remaining labels over to the client before the Thanksgiving Holiday.The order was completed for the timeline the client desired but our production team for one part of the order was rushed and

I placed a order for their brand program and literally the next week their website is down and Instagram comments have been disabled. They don't respond to my inboxes or my emails, text messages, and phone calls. At this point I have no choice but to believe they are a fraudulent company.

Yup, same happened to me. Filed a claim with my bank and fortunately got a full refund. I would do the same if I were you.

I hate to leave a bad review, but the customer service is not particularly good. I’ve tried to atleast check the status of my sample order and no one has responded. I’ve called, texted, and emailed them and still nobody has gotten back to me. I understand that orders can take time but it would atleast be nice to have an update on the status of my product. I don’t particularly have money to waste and I feel as though they just took my money and that’s it. I don’t know if I would order from them again.

Yup, same happened to me. I made and order with them March 10th and there was great communication until it got to the "production stage" then communication fell off entirely. Filed a claim with my bank 2ish weeks ago and fortunately got a full refund. I would do the same if I were you.

Their products are high quality but their customer service SUCKS. They NEVER respond in time and deliveries are ALWAYS delayed. I’ve been waiting for over a month to receive my past order and it still hasn’t arrived. They keep promising they will send and they NEVER do. My suggestion, find someone else.

Review: I ordered 215 t-shirts to be printed from Suppli Company. the payment was made on August 21 2014. I have had multiple conversations with multiple employees regarding my problem and no one seems to care. I have been lied to, told that my items were shipped and are on their way. The company and its employees have told me on several occasions that I would have my products on time which I did not receive. They also failed to send me an invoice after asking 30 times. I Have asked for a full or partial refund, to which I am ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of all money sent to Suppli Co. ASAP. There is no excuse to the amount of time I have had to wait.

Review: I contacted this company in hope to find an awesome company to get shirts made. They advertise being the best on there social medias as well as there webpage saying that they are "the worlds leading manufacture" so I decided to give them a call. The person that helped us told us that they can do exactly what we wanted and we let him know exactly what it was that we wanted in very specific details. (my order was not confusing at all) However the problem I have with them is that everything that I was promised and told that could be done for a certain price was a lie. They later went on calling me during my order asking me if I wanted certain things that I had already asked for and got a total for and then said that it would be extra because when they made my invoice they did not put the correct information on it at all, in fact most of it was wrong. I contacted the owner of the company to address my issues and he assured me that he would have everything fixed for me 100% and that I wouldnt have to worry. When I recieved my order Everything was wrong.

one of my shirts had the wrong color on it that I had to pay extra for, one of the shirts was the wrong color "because they thought it would look better" and changed the color on the invoice even though it was NOT what I wanted, and it was also not even centered on the shirt. And ALL the shirts were NOT the correct brand shirt that I asked for. They were very cheap poor quality shirts ( I know the shirts I asked for those were not it) and they told me they were correct. I contacted the owner letting him know how unhappy I was about this, and he told me a could not get a refund and he hung up on me. so I called back and they told me to email them the changes and re send the shirts and that they would pay me back for the shipping. They have not paid me back for the shipping and also REFUSE to fix my changes because the person that delt with us made our invoice wrong. I addressed the issue and they said they would not fixDesired Settlement: After the very poor customer service I have received from this company as well as the months of my time its has taken them to ruin my order and scam me out of a lot of my money for a very poor product that I was promised and cheated out of I would like my money back from this company. I spent a lot into them because I was promised I was getting what I wanted instead I got very poor quality merchandise that is more than half the value of what they charged me. As well as the horrible customer service I got from them and the owner hanging up on me, I beyond shocked that an owner of a company would do that to one of his customers and lie to them like this. I dont know how they are in business but people need to know what kind of scam they are running and the promises they are making are not true. Everything on there social medias and websites are lies. They are a 3rd party that charges you to get shirts made and makes you pay double the amount for very poor quality, I would like a refund.

Review: After being approached by Suppli Co to custom make some headwear for me, I went ahead and placed an order with them. My order of 144 custom Hats and Beanies was made April 2014 with an advised delivery date of 2 weeks after order was made, received package with 36 hats missing and the stitching on the custom hats way below acceptable quality (crooked stitching, missing stitches, double stitching, poor quality pressing). I rejected the shipment and returned it to them advising them that what they delivered was not what was approved (sample hat that was made for me and approved by me for production), or what was promised by the staff. I was advised the corrected shipment would be delivered within a week or two, latest, and received the order with incorrect labell and incorrect stitch pattern, also not what I approved or even ordered. I rejected the shipment again and could not get a hold of anyone at Suppli. After several attempts, I was refused the opportunity for a full refund (nearly $1000) and a 3rd "corrected" shipment has yet to be delivered to me. I have been attempting to contact both [redacted] and [redacted], but they refuse to communicate with me or correct this issue. I STILL have no goods for services paid 3 months later. I am now seeking legal action in order to receive a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund or a fully acceptable shipment of goods ordered.
