Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The seller has sent a message that my order has been refunded but I do not see the credit back to my credit card account. I have contacted the
business twice and I got two automated responses that that my email was rejected. I would like to know how I am being refunded. Sincerely,*** ***

This order has been fully refunded to the buyer because we no longer had any stock.

We indicate clearly on our website in the FAQ's and size listing what each size means and how much they are. Prices varies by size, just like any other shoe business such as [redacted] etc. Our policy states that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. In this incident, 1/2 pairs on the...

order was shipped. We called the customer and asked the customer to ship that 1 pair back and pay a size difference fee so that we can ship out both correct size. We have yet to receive the shipment from her. It is against our policy to do exchanges since we are a consignment shop but we were more than happy to do it this one time for the customer. As soon as the 1 pair ships to our facility and the difference is paid, we'll ship the correct pairs out.
