Received defective printer cartridge. Not happy with return policies. 7 days since they received old cartridge no replacement yet. Laughed at be rep.Purchased ink cartridges for my Oki Data C5150 printer in the beginning of January. Received cartridge and tried to use it but kept getting error message. Finally got it to work but it made loud clicking noises when it printed. After a few uses it stopped working again and I got the same error message. I called up the company in early February to initiate a replacement cartridge for the faulty one. They told me I could only get a replacement if I returned the old cartridge. While having me check the serial number on the cartridge she noticed that the number was not what it should be. I asked if that meant they sent me the wrong one and she wouldn't respond just said she would contact the returns department and get back to me. A day later I received the email with the return mailing label. I then sent it out the next day with UPS on 2/5/14. Having heard nothing by the next week I called them up on 2/14/14 to make sure they received it and a replacement was being sent. I was only able to talk to a call service that knew nothing and said they would leave a message. I called another number supposedly directly to the service department (XXXX-XXX-XXXX) and got the same rigamarole even though it was during business hours as verified by the phone person. I waited till that Monday 2/17/14 and called again as no one returned my message. I called at about 10am. When asking about my return she stated that they received it on 2/11/14 and were still processing it. She couldn't give me any idea about when my replacement would be sent out just that they were processing. When I tools her their customer service [redacted] and asked for her supervisor she started laughing at me. I'm beginning to think this is a false company and I've been duped or something. At the very least they have horrible return policies and even worse customer service. I just want anyone else out there to know before they purchase fr these people to know that returns for faulty products are virtually impossible and not to use this company. Desired SettlementI would at this point just take my money back for all the cartridges purchased because I don't know if the other ones will work either or if replacements will work and I don't want to have to deal with this company anymore.
