This company tricks companies by calling and getting a name of an employeeThen send you toner package and invoice stating it was a verbal order Our company does not do verbal po orders

Contacted our office and misrepresented themselves as a local business
A man called our office and said he was from our local office supply companyAnd he used the actaul company nameAnd he needed to verify our copier model numberHe called back again several days later and again said he was from our local office supply company and he said that they were raising the cost of our toner but because we had not been properly notified he was offering us a discount on our next orderSomething sounded strange with this conversation so we called our local supply company and we were told that they never contacted usThey told us that this was a scammer that contacted us and we should refuse that package and not pay the invoiceUnfortunately UPS delivered multiple packages and we signed for them and then realized one of the packages was from Supply Shipping WarehouseWhen we tried contacting them to find out how to return the toner to them, they never answered their phone

We received an invoice from this company for$for a toner cartridge which we supposedly "verbally" ordered (we didn't)Besides being a total fabrication, it does not even fall into the realm of possibility - we can buy printers for that amountScam as far as I can see

I have dealt with this company under both this name and Supply Logistics WarehouseSince they used the exact same scam with the exact same wording, I assume they are different names for the same crooked organizationIf you have received toner and an invoice from them, call them and tell them you have a contract with someone else and they will immediately handle your return
Why am I complaining if they immediately handle it? Because many accounting departments don't question the invoice and pay itBecause they lie and pretend to be a distributor for companies they are not affiliated withOh, and because the person who just called me from there told me s*** his d*** and lick his b***s when I simply asked if he was from LDI who we have a contract with
According to the Revdex.com statement on this company, they are trying to pretend that these are honest "mistakes." However, it's not a mistake when they lie about their affiliations with other companiesIt's not a mistake when they lie about already having an established contract with your businessIt's not a mistake when they curse at you for seeing through the "mistake" and pointing it out
I should thank the fragile ego of the man who called me today, as his failed attempt at unsettling me only drove me here to add to the cavalcade of negative reviewsDo not work with this organization, even if you genuinely need tonerLiars will always be liars

I have been in the administrative business for 8+ years and have dealt with a variety of different scammers, but I've got to give it to Supply Shipping Warehouse, you guys tricked me I get a call, out of nowhere, from Paul saying our toner for our Ikon MPprinter has changed prices so he'll be sending some out with the lower price ASAP Thinking he was with our contracted IKON/RICOH vendor, I agreed As soon as I hung up the phone, I knew it was a scam so I tried to look through my caller ID to find a number and was unsuccessful We are contracted with our vendor to and toner is included I know how these scams work - you "verbally agree" to purchase the toner, they send it to you, you receive an exorbitant invoice Luckily, a gentleman just called to confirm my order, to which I confirmed the business name, Supply Shipping Warehouse, and I let him know that I DO NOT WANT ANY TONER FROM THEM and they are deceptive scammers I'm submitting this review as my public record if they do not actually cancel this "order" and send me the toner I never asked for/wanted in the first place

This company tricks companies by calling and getting a name of an employee. Then send you toner package and invoice stating it was a verbal order.
Our company does not do verbal po orders.
