Supply Side Duct and Furnace Cleaning

I contacted this company to obtain a vent cleaning service. I had to take a day off of work for the appointment because they would not accommodate a late afternoon appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. An hour after my appointment time I called to see if they were running behind. I was informed at that point that they meant to call me to cancel but forgot. I expressed how unprofessional I thought this was and how I had to take the day off of work... I was then told by the business owner that he didn't need to be treated like a little [redacted] kid and that I should call someone else for this job. This person then hung up on me.

Do not call this business. Let them go bankrupt. They deserve nothing more.
