Review: I have placed two seperate orders for the same product (TargusCitygear Los Angeles Notebook Case Black Gray YellowTCG417 ) on 4/29/2014 for a total of 5 bags. I ordered the items through Best Buy and they are a 3rd party supplier that ships from them. When you look at the FedEx receipts both orders still show the items in California (I live in Indiana) The information on Best buys site to contact them states the customer service is open from M - F 9-5 PST , however when you call [redacted] and hit '2' for customer service I get a voicemail from [redacted] that says that she is only in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays from 8 - 2 PST and to email her at [redacted]?? When I emailed her on June 19th I did get an email same day stating "Hi [redacted]

I am so sorry. Let me look into your order to see what happened and I will get back to asap.

Thank you, [redacted] That was the last time I heard back from her. I sent several emails asking for status and I have also sent an email to [redacted] to try to get a response (never heard anything)Desired Settlement: I would like the delivery of the items as soon as possible.
