This company uses false advertisement on Facebook. They claim the company was started by celebrity Joanna Gaines. They also claim lots of other celebrities give rave reviews of it, including Ophra and Michelle Obama. None of this is true. They offer free samples if you pay shipping. They have no real website, other than this "free" offer and use different websites; naturabeaute.com, naturabeaute.org, naturabeaute.net, but these websites only take you to the "free" offer. I was charged almost $200 before my 14 day trail was even over. I called to cancel, but they wouldn't refund my card, or allow me to send back the samples. They offered to give me 65% off on future orders, but wouldn't credit my account the 65% for the "free" samples. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers. They only have customer service associates. I asked for a valid website to go to and she gave me desktop.trynaturabeauty.com. This again only takes you to a page that offers the "free" trail. This is a total scam and needs to be stopped. I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to.
