Having my pets with me has helped so much! I was able to get all forms filled out that were needed and there customer service was awesome! I couldn't ask for a better experience.

This supportpets.com is not legit. I was promised a ESA with in 24- 48 hours . DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE . I have to figure out how to get money back . Customer service is all fake and made up . I have no account number . I was sent a tracking number & it has been 5 days ant its still states waiting on company to process . When I called I gave customer service the tracking number and ESA account number and I was told account belong to someone else. However this information was emailed to with payment , ESA number and payment, tracking number . I never received anything yet .
Having my Rocky with me when I can is such a relief. I honestly do not know what I would do without him. Thank you, Support Pets!
