movement in the dry cleaning process caused the tearsThe sun damage was not readily visible at the time we received the drapes, yet the damage was already thereThe same damage would have resulted had Ms*** or anyone else cleaned the drapesThe resulting tears from the dry cleaning of the drapes are therefore a natural result from sun exposure and not from an incorrect dry cleaning process, so we cannot be held responsible for conditions that are out of our control.We have, in good faith, not charged Ms*** for the dry cleaning of the damaged drapesAlthough we have the right to charge for our service, we have chosen to forego the charge.I believe we have gone above and beyond our responsibility.Thank you.***
