I am rejecting this response because it does not answer any of my concernsThe Merchant suggests I look at their website. I've never been to their website in my LIFE! Why would I validate a disclaimer on their website when, I receive an unsolicited call from to my mobile phone on a Sunday Afternoon? Also why does a disclaimer on a website cover the liability of the lies that their representatives speak on the phone when he claimed he was "Calling from ***"?
The Merchant suggests that I register my phone on the do not call list. MY PHONE IS REGISTERED ON THE DO NOT CALL LISTThe Merchant suggests that they do not call numbers randomly. So I ask, since I have never solicited their support, nor am a user of any *** product, how did they acquire my number if not acquired randomly? ***. This is my number that you have called. How did you acquire this?

Needed some help urgently, what else do you need a tech guy fixed my computer in minutes. and charged me online with 1 year support. Better than other big giants where you have to wait for weeks for a response.....keep it up guys.
