i'd like to first off state that I would generally not respond to customers in the manner of which i'm about toWe follow all ODOT guidelines in how we respond to complaints of damages of items and or propertyAlthough perfection is our goal it is impossible to be perfect in the moving industryAccidents happensWhen they happen we take care of our mistakesWe always have and always willI invite you to check out our extensive reviews on Thumbtack for movers if you care to view a representative example of how we respond to legitimate complaints as well as our overwhelming amount of positive reviewsAs for these complaints we completely refute all of themAs the owner I can say she is not remembering our conversation correctly nor the conversation with our general managerAs for damages, our lead on the job, our best employee, the one we get the most compliments from, has countered that everyone of of their claims of damages was and they were 'just making stuff up to try and get free service out of us"We were hired to move the furnitureThere was more belongings left to move afterwards and they requested we come back the next day to move the rest of the items free of charge due to alleged damagesThey hired us to just move the furnitureIt is illegal for ODOT licensed movers to move anyone for free under any circumstances and it is also illegal to give a complete or even a partial refundWe are only allowed to cover for damages and only if there actually were anyWe are considering legal avenues against this person for slander and harassment

How does this business "follow all ODOT guidelines" when they allow the homeless under a bridge(literally) to drive thier trucks with no Identification/Paperwork or background check. They will have you work under the books and then not pay for services rendered. If you plead because you dont have food, Randy R Howe will ignore you. I was intimidated and threatened. Many business related inconsistances were discovered. Don't take a mans bread away from his family.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First of all, we were not asked to send any pictures, I would like the proof where they asked us to send pictures I have kept every e-mail, every text, and every phone conversation (which was recorded) with "Todd", and "Randy" Second of all, I was bullied into signing documentation due to the fact that when the two movers arrived, they were almost an hour lateThe driver said, and I quote "don't worry about what you are signing, it's just stating that we are here and ready to get going because we are so late"My son was standing in the room with me when I signed the document and is and will be my witnessAgain, they did not arrive until 3:P.MTheir arrival was on the heels of a move prior to ours that was also a bedroom home in degree heatMy move should have been pre-screened prior to moving especially because the physical demands on the two movers was above and beyond anyone's physical limits considering the heat and the size of the moveAlso, I was recently observing another move by a different moving company the other day, and what I saw was unbelievableThey were efficient, careful, hydrated, and they were on taskThis particular company's employees wrapped furniture, wrapped entry doors, and were not exhausted and sweating all over the customers furnitureI think that Supportive Services should make this situation right.Sincerely, [redacted]

they signed a legal document stating that all items were received in good and satisfactory conditionThey also signed the bill of lading stating what level of protection they would be offered if any damages did occurThat level is cents per pound of any damaged itemsThat's the level of protection they opted for and it's the only level of protection we are legally obligated and allowed to offer themWe asked them to send us pictures of any damages and they have notOur driver, once again, says that all that they are saying in regard to damages is not trueIf it's not true what else can he say? If damages occurred (blatantly and right in front of them) as they claim then why would they sign a document that stated that none did occur? They have threatened to 'see you in court' after we refused to be bullied into providing them free serviceThey also helped unload some of the items out of the truckOnce they touch an item we are no longer responsible for any damages after they touch that itemI am very much calling them out as being dishonest because they are being dishonest and threateningi disagree with (but am not surprised by) their assessment of our reputation on ThumbtackThey are repeatingly asking us to do something we are not legally allowed to doI invite them and the Revdex.com to contact ODOT and ask them if they do not believe us or go on their website and look it upIt's there for all the public to see

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and while I find that the lack of accountability or acceptance of responsibility to be appalling, if it keeps them from harassing me any further, then this resolution is satisfactory to me.However, I have attached to this response the screenshots of the General Manager of Supportive Services, Randy H***'s text messages to me, threatening me with violence, stalking and even arrest I implore you to make these attachments part of the public record of this complaint. Finally, according to your database, Supportive Services of Oregon Incis not accredited by the Revdex.com and yet they continue to advertise as such I have also attached that screenshot Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have a completely different account of what happened with this gentlemanWe wish him nothing but the best with his future business dealingsWe want nothing further from him in any capacity
