I contracted SupportKids in to collect back child supportThey were unable to do soI could not cancel the contract with them due to their Terms & ConditionsI took the child support case to court myself and won it in August SupportKids had filed paperwork with my State to have the money deposited to their accountThey claim I owe them a fee of $However they did not do anything to collect this moneyOn their website it shows that in my case they still have not located my ex after two yearsThe last activity they did on the case was in August They ceased communicating with meI could not reach anyone who could speak to me about my caseI want my payment sent to me in full and the contract with them cancelled as they were not successful in collecting any child support for me

This morning I contacted the attorney general of Texas about my sons child supportI filed a case with the state of texas to enforce child support payments be made to my son from his fatherI only filed with the state of Texas not any other agenciesI called and spoke to someone on the phone today and she told me that Support Kids Services Inc has been receiving my sons payments since February I never authorized this and I only went through the state of TexasI never once spoke to anyone at this companyI want this collection and payments stoppedThey are taking what little child supports payments my son has ever receivedI don't have an account number because I never signed up with themI only have my information with the state of TexasI want the payments stopped so Support Kids Services Inc cannot receive anymore of my sons moneyThank you
I have used Support Kids for well over 10yrs They have produced more results for me than the Division of Child Support in my state My deadbeat continues to job jump and I appreciate the persistence Support Kids puts forth It works for me!
In over a years time this business has not provided the services promised in their contract and I want my contract with them cancelled immediately
