Review: I paid 160$ for tech support for a 1 yr contract and don't feel I got anything for it.Desired Settlement: I've been on the phone with them once. I was extremely frustrated because of the service I received (slow and useless). They tell me I called 3 times.... I'd like a refund, of half of my contract (80$) I have a feeling this is a company that take money and don't render proper service.

Review: I paid 329.00 for online computer repair sevice for two years. I canceled early they said they would refund my bank $ 70.00. Now they show on 5-**-2013 they tried & they say the window is closed. They say that thay can't send a check and I have to contact my bank. I went to the bank and they have no idea what there talking about. I know its not a lot of money but you get tired of getting ramed. There phone # is ###-###-####.
