Unfortunately we ended up with this reticulus Supranet, BT misleads us and it's been 16 days since the contract has been started but not even a minute service we have received. Rubbish customer service,poor technical department so rude with customers like they are providing free service ????.Want to cancel the service but they just dragging for nothing saying will arrange engineer, it's been 16 days no service received yet. I would not recommend this network to anyone Time & money waste, rude & rubbish customer service. Every time you need minimum hour & half to get through to the customer service.
Your so right absolute rubbish and rude.
As of 4:30 pm my wireless has been down over eighteen hours.
Unfortunately SupraNet does not offer 24 hour support, requiring me to wait until 9 AM to contact, or attempt to contact technical support.
I called at 9:05 am Saturday and was hold for 35 minutes. I called again at 9:50 am and was on hold for 15 minutes. I called their sales office to see if there was any way to contact the tech support and ended up on hold for another ten minutes.
As of noon their offices were closed, with no way to contact tech support.
I have no way of knowing when their service will be up and running at this point.
Very disappointing, as I had great service from the previous company.
Guess it's time for Charter or U-Verse.
Yes that's about right. Try and cancel and then you will recieve threatening email's asking you for £ 500 or they'll send in the ballifs in. These need reporting to watchdog.
