not been cleaned in a long time. She said that the system was not working right. We told he that it was because it was so loaded with built up grease that it was straining the motor. We cleaned it and left. It was still making a noise. Then I guess it quit working. She calls and wants us to buy her a new fan. We told her we would not do that. We would help with a small amount and she would have to pay the rest and to that she said no. So, I feel that is not our responsibility to pay for a new one. I saw the picture that this technician took, it's shameful to even say, you cleaned my exhaust hood. All I know all the parts are gone, which was the evidence. Your son took them with him.
I have NEVER told you, that I had it cleaned just 2 months ago. Nobody cleans their vent every 2 months. What a crock. You advertising yourself as a christian
company, another crock. I also checked with the state

I've had ANOTHER company out today and they took pictures of your work. SHAMEFUL. This company is going to do the repairs and CLEAN the hood properly.
