Horribly rude attendants at the BWI locationWill never attempt to take this service again

07/25/2014This is a letter to advise that we do not want to portray this type of customer Service to our valuable customersThis situation happened due to a miss-comm unication between the driver and the dispatch staffThe driver may have accidently erased from his tablet and did not make

I made two reservations. The first reservation was on Jan 19, 2016. The driver was polite and picked up my family of 5 inside Joint Base Andrews at the long term parking and transported us to Regan National.
The second reservation on the 9th of February was not such a great experience. First off, we had to find the driver at the Regan National Airport. Next after learning of our destination he started raising his voice and arguing that he is not allowed on the base. How is it that the first driver was allowed on the base but this driver is not? I called their number and the person I spoke to said that after doing a little research, they are told that they are not allowed to enter the base. However, I was not told that when I made the reservations. When the driver refused to drive us to the gate, I told him I will go to the gate guards and talk to them myself. The gate guards were nice and just had to follow protocol and asked the driver for his license to let him drive on the base. The driver could not produce a license so the gate guards could not let him drive on the installation. The base does not provide any shuttle service so we were trying to figure out who to contact in the middle of the night. My husband talked to security forces and they were nice enough to drive us to long term parking. Mind you this was past midnight, it is freezing, and I had two elderly handicap and three children with me.
I called the Supreme Airport Shuttle to discuss this matter and they said that they'll request a refund. They did not call me back. I called on March 1, 2016 to discuss this issue and I spoke with Chrissy, who made the initial reservation. She told me that my refund was denied. I asked her why would that be if it was a breech of contract. My reservation was to take my family from point A to point B. We were not brought to point B. We had to find an alternate point of transportation from good Samaritans to be taken to point B. I asked for their corporate number and she said that this is the only number. Chrissy was no longer taking my complaints because I was "talking over her" or maybe talking too much. She hanged up the phone.
