Supreme Appliances Repair

Have a washer purchased at Home Depot, mistake # 1. Purchased the warranty from Home Depot, mistake # 2. Do not purchase their warranty. Called Supreme Appliances on Aug 18, 2026, to fix my washer. They made me do a lot of troubleshooting and was not sure the correct results, I am not a technician. They said they would send someone out to repair on Aug 20. Got a text message telling me no appointments on that day have to wait till Aug 21. Tech comes out and finds the drive belt had fallen off, I would think he would replace with a new one. He was almost out the door when I asked if he verified it is working. He comes back and sets it to spin. Works but when he left went to use the washer and it was back to the same issue, drum not spinning. I call that day and ask that he come back but they did not. They tell me he will be out on Monday PM. He shows up Monday AM. Looks at the washer but no new belt. Puts the belt back and leaves. Again, I stop him and ask if he is going to replace the belt with a new one. He tells me he will order. I call the main office on Tuesday, and they said it will take two days to process the paperwork and then they will schedule the repair. I tell them I want to talk to a manager so they can expedite the repair. I get the "manager" (i don't think he was, just another coworker to lie to me again). Manager said he will expedite. I call again today Wednesday for a status update and get the same answer I got Tuesday, will take time. No written notes about talking to a manager just the standard it will take time and the part takes 3 to 5 business days. I ask again to talk to the manager, and I am told this time there is no manager there and that I have to email his so he can call me back. Lies and incompetent people and techs are extremely incompetent that are incapable of reasoning on what to do next. Do not use this company, waste of time and money!
