Please be advised we spoke to the customer in reference to his wiper blade replacement . After discussing his options again he decided to accept an aftermarket kit to adapt to his car , because the factory does not make a replacement for this car because of its age . We purchased the kit and had it...

Review: My car received body work and a new wind shield at Supreme Auto Collision.
This vehicle ( 2004 Land Rover Discovery 2 ) came from the factory with a ( drivers side wiper blade air deflector shield ) After picking up the car on 07/**/15 from Supreme Auto Collision and while driving home I noticed
the driver side ( factory/dealer installed wiper blade air deflector shield ) was shaking. When I got to the house I saw that a part of it was broken off. I immediately called Steve at Supreme Auto Collision and told him the part was broken. He told me he will take care of it and get me a new one. After the phone conversion I took photos of the broken part and emailed them to Steve.
A week or so later I called and he told me he has the part and to come in so they can replace it. I drove the 35 miles to the shop and when he showed me the part it was not the correct part that I needed. He had a service mechanic wrap a cable tie around the wiper air deflector to stop it from shaking while driving.
He told me he would get me the correct part and I asked if he could send it to me so I wouldn't have to drive the 70 miles round trip again. He told me that would be okay. A few weeks passed and I didn't hear from him so I called Supreme Auto Collision and Steve told me he still doesn't have the part but he will contact Land Rover again and find out what's going on. A month or more went by and I still didn't hear back from Steve. I called again and he told me he will contact Land Rover again. Months have gone by with no phone call from Steve. Sometime around mid December I believe, I called Steve again. I asked him what was going on with the part and was told I will hear back from him soon. Today is 01/**/16 almost six months has passed and I am done making phone calls to Supreme Auto Collision. I realize this is not a priority to a body shop but I feel I have been patient enough. I leave this in the hands of the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: To receive a new drivers side wiper air deflector.
If they can't get me the correct factory/dealer installed wiper air deflector, then as a replacement I want the new style wiper arm for my vehicle that no longer uses the air deflector.
I don't want to drive 70 miles round trip for this part. I want it sent to my house.
