hello again joe here at supreme auto sorry for the delayed response just got back in to work from holiday weekendtalked with owner Thomas regarding this issue with transmission job! he said not a problem at all bring us the Nissan back as soon as possible and we will replace transmission with another one free of chargethe new job will carry a one year warranty from the time it is done thank you and sorry for the inconvenience once again we will resolve this transmission issue in a timely fashion just as soon as the customers bring the vehicle to our shop have a great day thanks again *** * *** ***

dear Revdex.com, I have read the response from supreme auto.you have been told the biggest line of BS I ever heard.nothing they have said was true.I have never been more disappointed and let down by a company, not only did this company leave me hanging and but not once contacted me in the days of having my car.they would not answer my calls or tell me anythingi had to pay someone dollars a day to come pick me up at 4am to have me to work by 5am.it has been a day nightmare.the only way I was able to contact this company was to call from another number and even then was told they knew nothing and there was no one there and to take a message.my transmission was not rebuilt and still does not work right.between the for a new trany I didnt get and the fees to tow the car to another state and the fees I had to pay for the days they had my car im out almost dollars and still dont have a car that works right.it shifts from first gear to high gear ,there is no middlethey knew this and told me it still wasnt right when I picked up the car.they said it wasnt working right but the more you drive it the better it gets.wrong,it has got no better and can not be driven normalythe only way to get the transmission to work between low and high gear is to manually shift.im so broke and out so much money because of this company that I cant afford to take it back for another days.I have no idea what to do now but I would never take another vehicle to company.if there is anything you,the Revdex.com,can do .please help methe response supreme auto gave to you was one that did look good but can assure you that it was and is the farthist thing from the truth then can be.please let me know what I should do next or even what I can do. thank you, *** ***

have possession of my vehicle but the  transmission still  does not
shift and when I lifted vehicle to change fuel filter I could see where
transmission fluid was leaking from tail shaft where the drive shaft
goes into transmission .took photo's of transmission leaking and puddle
of transmission fluid under transmission.this transmission was not
rebuilt.I am not happy, I'm very unhappy and very dissatisfied. I paid
for another transmission with only 72,000 miles and to have it
installed. not once was I contacted in the 30 days they had my vehicle
to let me know of any problems.I would never of agreed to have my
transmission with over 200,000 miles fixed.the only way I will be
satisfied will be to have the transmission I paid for installed in a
timely matter. this transmission does not work and is unacceptable.
either give me back my one thousand dollars or do the job they were
hired to do.have been in contact with the state police vehicle fraud
unit and my attorney, and are awaiting some response from supreme auto
before the next step is taken.

hello there sorry for the delayed response my father the owner is not amazing with emails and I have been on vacation!! today is may 4th 2017 and the customer has the vehicle and is happy!!! the reason the job took so much longer than expected was a faulty transmission we had that we did not trust...

to install because it had very dark fluid inside and my father the owner did not trust it.. so at no additional cost to the customer other than time my father had there transmission rebuilt a 2700 value for no extra cost to the customer because of there inconvenience. my name is joseph b[redacted], the other owner ,and son, and I apologize you guys had to wait so long and will an extend a 100 credit in store if you ever need anything else, and again sorry for your inconvenience and hope we can give you a better service in the future..  sincerely joseph t b[redacted] supreme auto parts and service inc

[redacted] had a delay in getting his title due to the fact we had to send for a duplicate title.  Which was quite time consuming.  Its all set now and I am sorry for not answering in more of a timely manner.
