hello there sorry for the delayed response my father the owner is not amazing with emails and I have been on vacation!! today is may 4th and the customer has the vehicle and is happy!!! the reason the job took so much longer than expected was a faulty transmission we had that we did not trust to install because it had very dark fluid inside and my father the owner did not trust itso at no additional cost to the customer other than time my father had there transmission rebuilt a value for no extra cost to the customer because of there inconveniencemy name is joseph b [redacted] , the other owner ,and son, and I apologize you guys had to wait so long and will an extend a credit in store if you ever need anything else, and again sorry for your inconvenience and hope we can give you a better service in the future sincerely joseph t b [redacted] supreme auto parts and service inc
