We have left some touch ups of paint because we fixed the dining room ceiling couple times due to water leak from a pipe that was fixed by a third part company before. We sent what we had to satisfied the insurance at the time and since we had a small balance left that was enough to paid as the customer stated on complaint we consider the contract voided. inspected by a customer. And the reason that no glass doors was installed it's because wasn't available at that time. So I offered to cut and install then our shelves. About crown molding we left the house installed and I made a offer of replace the doors with credit for glass because the customer wasn't happy the way the doors looked and we still have then. As far the granite sink leaking we're was never notified only found this 12 months after the kitchen was installed. And we have a balance of about $7,000 dollars to collect. And still here to resolve any matter that was left to be resolved. All employees or subs we use are properly insured and we check their paper work.And no manufacturers sales any goods for retail customers as was stated on complaint. Therefore we are here to get this matter resolved and because there's was money owed to complete the job customer decides to get the job finished by themselves.

I had a contract for $59000; however, all the work contracted for was not completed. After many attempts to get them to complete the work, I notified them that I was getting another contractor to complete the work for the $700 remaining on the original contract.
